Amazon item not received but says delivered | Here's What You Should Do

You order something on Amazon a couple of days ago and then get a tracking update from the USPS that your package was delivered while you were at work.
The anticipation and excitement builds. It’s just like Christmas!
You can’t wait to get home, pop open that package, and enjoy whatever it was you ordered from Amazon.
Unfortunately, when you get home and check the spot where the mail carrier usually drops off your Amazon packages you don’t find anything at all.
You hunt around a little bit to see if maybe your package was left somewhere else, open up your door and check the kitchen counter or the dining room table to see if someone brought it in for you.
No luck.
Somehow your package was marked as delivered in your tracking information but it isn’t anywhere to be found.
Sounds like a real nightmare, right?

Nope never got my package. Plus Amazon fought me tooth to nail to never give me my money back. Never buy from a seller from out of country.

Will they refund stolen packages if its recorded as delivered?

If you report it as stolen, they are not obligated to refund or ask the seller to resend another package. Yep
