It’s a big issue. Even more frustrating is when an item claims you can get it same or next day but as soon as you place the order the estimated delivery changes to 3 or 4 days out.
Facts! I ordered same delivery on Sunday. Today is Tuesday, 8:48p and still nothing. Not even an update on when I’m going to get my package, and not tracking updates. I think I’m done paying for prime because this has been happening multiple times and I’m sick of it.
I order a comforter and it was coming on Monday, "delayed in transit" then it's moved back 3 days so I had to cancel it. So I ordered one from another seller. The same thing is happening, I have prime that I pay extra for. This really is getting on my nerves

Canceled my prime. When they keep taking features from the membership away it's not worth it. But especially not worth it when it's frustrating in 10+ different ways to shop online. First rate membership cost, bottom of the barrel perks, shipping time, grocery delivery service, counterfeit products, protection for packaging,etc. Customer service even atrocious now too. What's the point of having prime when they can't be reliable and trusted?

It’s 5 days later and no delivery, no communication as to what is happening, and yes, they have my money. I called today and got the same old repetitive and trite (not to mention useless) mumbling jumbo. I think I feel today the same way I would feel if I were robbed at gunpoint…violated and helpless.
My favorites are the “guaranteed on day of release” preordered a month ago comes out today. Money already taken from account but says it won’t come till November 21st
I rarely receive packages shipped from Amazon via USPS. I absolutely hate USPS. I’ve watched their drivers too lazy to get out of their vehicle to deliver package. They leave a slip in mailbox saying they’ve attempted delivery. I literally stopped them on their way out of the cul de sac and also filed complaints. One driver told me he didn’t deliver because I didn’t give him a Christmas card with a tip. I filed complaint on him and never seen him again.
Idc what it takes don’t make a promise that you can’t keep. I’m fine with a relatively long delivery time. I hate when it says 2 day delivery and ends up delaying 5 times
My delay messages are in the Amazon App so I'm not buying. I had one order when my delivery date kept changing then they say if it is not delivered by a certain date you may cancel the order the next day and ask for a refund. This time I cancelled it before the requested date.

But in anycase I just canceled an order because it would not be here on time. So I went out of my to go to Best Buy and get what I needed right now. Amazon basically lost a sale. It was nearly 4 days since the order was placed and had never shipped yet. Why should I keep waiting?
What is not really mentioned, but the 2 day shipping is for after the items ship and not from the time you place your order. They really need to make that more clear. Also it’s taking a long time for orders to even ship even if the items are in stock.
So what about the ones that says “Get it today from 2p - 6p” or 10a -2p” or those other times they tell you that you can get your packages literally that time? When it says “2 Day Delivery”, they literally put the specific day and date you’ll get your package, so it has nothing to do with the time it ships, it has everything to do with the time you place order because because take your money right away and tell you “thank you” and that your order is on its way. The processing is literally half a second, so they should they should stick with the day and date they themselves said your packages will arrive. That is the point why we’re paying for Prime.
I just ordered six, 4k movies and won’t be delivered until almost the end of the month. I’ve been Prime since it began. If they can’t give me what they promised, two-day shipping, then what’s the sense. BTW, I never click on any emails from Amazon.

I placed another order for a different brand product, but after 24 hrs they still havent shipped it, yet they told me I wd b getting it the NEXT day, well it STILL hasnt been shipped at all! I loved amazon, but im falling OUT of love with it quickly and will now start going to walmart or london drugs etc..instead...

I called them and they say I wont recieve it till Tuesday of this week. So I checked their shipping and they are using USPS which has a hapit of losing your packages. I will be calling again today to ask why I'm paying to 2 day shipping an not recieving my packages. This is now happening in California. I whole city wassn't delivered their packages and Amazon will not make up for it. Time to find someone new.
Yes, for me it is 3,4 and 5 day delivery even when it say "Prime"! Then if it is more than a week late you get an empty box delivered...at least that happened to me. I bought a solar generator and the box came 3 weeks late and it was empty! Did Amazon intercept the package after the refund when they said if it arrived i could keep it? All i know for sure is the box came late and was empty.😢
It's a UPS/FedEx/USPS problem. I was told Monday delivery, was handed off to the local post office late in the morning, so now it's going to sit there over the 4th and be delivered on Wed. Happens all the time.
My orders take a week to arrive after I place an order. Amazon says it's two-day shipping once shipped, but I think that's just an excuse they tell people. Shipping used to be lightning fast. I would place an order Amazon would ship the same day and I would get the order in two days. Not anymore. It has gotten so slow. I won't place an order with Amazon unless I really have to. I have been shopping other places and the delivery has been faster. Amazon Prime just isn't worth it anymore.

I wonder if it was left at a neighbors and then Amazon changed the address because I didn't hear anyone at the door. I had the same thing happen before so I was absolutely sure that I entered my address and it magically changed after I had reviewed the information and confirmed the order and didn't get it. I think that I am going to start ordering feeder insects like Dubia roaches and stuff like that.Maybe dirt just to get them into the habit of delivering to me and if I don't get it the people that do won't be happy either

It's not a day or two cupcake. For some people, it's weeks. They're taking their money right away. So they need to get your product to you in a timely manner.

Or two weeks. And this isn't an issue by delivery companies. My stuff doesn't ship for a week or two. It's ridiculous.
