      I am currently in recovery from my ED. These kinds of videos are very motivating for me as well! I’ve been eating lots of protein and nutrient packed foods and lifting weights. Im feeling so much stronger, healthier and happier. Some days are harder than others but the feeling and results are so worth powering through. Good luck in your journey 👍 you got this!!

    Hi Stephanie! My name is Courtney Nitting, I am 25 years old and I am a professional ballerina with Kansas City Ballet. I’m actually so happy you mentioned my career in the beginning of the video because there is so much misconception and also unhealthy ways of eating and working out around dance: specifically ballet. For me it’s always been needing to be a certain weight in order to be a dancer and I definitely did things I wish I hadn’t as in the end it hindered my dancing and my health. I realized and figured out on my own how my body is so much healthier and works better without the crazy diets and just intuitive eating.it took probably close to 2 years for my body to refigure itself out before it came to this place of happiness. I would love to have this conversation and get more awareness for dancers and elite athletes out there!!! You’re a big inspiration to me on your journey and how you changed your life and kind of exposed how this “unhealthy look” is really only achieved by unhealthy things and I think that’s important to squash in this world. We should be representing realistic goals and realistic body types. Please please please I hope you respond and thanks for being a voice on TH-cam and a person of inspiration!

    I’m a mom with an 18 month old. We postponed our wedding for 2 years due to covid. Finally getting married in October and this program is exactly what I needed. Thank you 🙌🏼 I work full time 40-50 hours a week, and I usually only have 30-45 minutes to get in/out of the gym 3-4 times per week. I’m very excited to try this to help me get in a little better shape before my wedding!

    The new program looks amazing, but I only have a home gym. I know you have other programs but a Quick & Effective Home Version would be amazing too. For those with barbell, squat rack, dumbells, bench etc. Thanks for sharing all this with us!! Might need to try your At Home Program!!

    Honestly from an outside perspective you just look super healthy and happy now and I'm so glad you followed through on your journey. You don't look super tiny anymore of uncomfortable you just look amazing and as someone that really struggles to even eat and can never gain weight you're an inspiration that if I stick with it and keep working I can meet my goals of being happier and healthier in myself.

    Just bought the plan. Can’t wait to start, love the idea of 3 days a week! Mother of 4, pregnant with 5th baby, work full time & studying.. so time is not my friend. I have tried shorter daily programs but I miss days & honestly I do manage 3 days a week so this is perfect! See how I go.

    I agree with you, I did my entire thesis on body image in weight class vs no weight class sports. That being said, yes, any time you are placing emphasis on intentionally manipulating your body to obtain an appearance or weight the sport deserves to catch some flack because of the risk factors that go along with it 🤣

    Obviously, 600 calories a day is extreme. I know A LOT of people who compete and none of them take their calories that low. That’s insane.

    I know this is random, but for ages now I’ve watched you, and I always hope that you’ll release an everyday makeup video like how you have it in this video, you have this signature makeup look and I’d absolutely love to know what is it that you do even if it’s very different to what you normally post x even if it was like a segment in a video it would be massively appreciated.
