    I think you love saying the names of the mountains just as much as running 😂. I enjoy your videos. You're teaching me a lot through how you train and it's helping me tremendously as a masters runner.

    Hi Lee, what’s your thoughts around the marathon taper? The 2 weeks prior to race day, do you prefer to lower the volume or the intensity? Or both, or one week one and one week the other?

      It depends on you, and it's worth trying what works for you (and so, keeping a note of when you back off, and how much). For me, 9-10 days is the sweet spot, and I just reduce the volume and keep the intensity. I made the following video on it a month, or so ago.
