This was great, but one thing I would've added is small steps and the little things matter to changing someone's personal life, not just the world. The way to beat depression and anxiety is through taking it one step at a time and doing what you need to do to be healthy and be where you want to be at every moment, because every moment is an opportunity for change.

What I would think is that the people who are changing the world are those who really care about others (animals, environments, things, situation and so on). This is an entire ocean of human feelings that need to be applied in actions

This all sounds nice but. For these people to turn around and completely change there way of life for the better is no walk at the park. It cant be that simple. There has to be something more to it right. Theres always more. Things dont happen just like that no matter how bad WE want them to.
You are right. I put in more than the time allowed. I believe it's a bit easier to follow, thanks to TH-cam, if you change the setting to make it slower.
I am young and don't know what to do with my life, but this video helps me motivate myself to change at least some part of the world.
