    Loved the video but unfortunately the recipe is shown only for a second & when you stop the video to read it it's blocked by the pause signal.

    It is at the end but I cannot see it very well, it is very light colored. And I tried to pause it but the big play button is in the way...

    I am going to make your beautiful bread this week but I had a couple questions. First is the Psyllium Husk ground or in powder form. I do have psyllium husk powder and wondered if this is what you used. Also, can oat fiber be used instead of wheat fiber. Thank you for your answer. ❤❤

    Is wheat bran the same as wheat fiber? Could I susbstitute Oat Fiber instead?

    • @vlob59
      @vlob59  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Ronna, Its not the same but wheat bran is a good and cheaper substitute. Soya bran work as good as well. Ive used it before You can also use Oat fibre it has a slightly high carb content but it will result in negative carb overall. Thank you.

    HI. it's Wheat Fibre necessary? Or you can substitute it with something else?

    • @vlob59
      @vlob59  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Possible substitutes, soya bran, oat fibre, wholemeal or granary bread flour.

    is there a substitute for the lecithin?

    • @vlob59
      @vlob59  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can substitute linseed with milled flaxseed or Chia seeds and you can skip lecithin. Lecithin is a good binder and a natural preservative its extends the bread life shelf.
