Why bass instead of bari?
because bass is my favorite saxophone :) Seriously though, on this one I started by recording the melody & bass line on soprano & bass sax, then filled in the harmony w/alto & tenor, but didn't end up really needing the extra voice on bari. I do hope to record some bari soon though!
