There is a little metal plate on the clutch lever sensor which you can turn around so that the switch that allows the quick shifter to work won't be effected by the wind.
Great vid again. I love how you take us through your track thoughts as you acclimate to the bike each time. You seemed to really find a nice groove with the R. The warm up lap never bothers me as it gives a lot of context for the ride to come...plus it's the lap I relate to the most personally hahahahaha!
I was thinking during the first part of the video that the suspension couldn't be right for both you and you wife without some tuning. Good point you made!! And despite that, nice pace so to see. Could you tell how the sound volume compare between the arrow (with and without db killer) and the stock can. I would like the install headers without cat, but fear it will be too lound with the stock can. I'm looking at something that can be 'silent' enough to stay out of trouble (with db killer) if I want and be lound on other occasions. The stock sound is OK, I only really dislike that uggly box under the bike.
Loved the video! You capture the sound so well. I have a 2019 S1000R, still a amazing bike by any standards. Only think i dont like is i find the quickshifter over sensitive almost like the lever isnt attached to anything, zero feel, zero clunk to next gear, Thinking of trading up to the streefighter how do you think the quickshifters compare. Cheers Andy
Looks like you had a fun ride..the forks on those are designed for an 85kg rider. It would be great to see bogna riding it around track since she has to be way under that !
Great video! The comparison was nice but to be fair to the s1000r, spend the price difference you have on these bikes on the beamer. Probably 15k difference with mods and initial price. If you did that the beamer would be a better bike. New wheels, new brakes, a few power mods. Definitely need the Ohlins steering damper. You do all that and the Beamer is the better bike. Thanks again for a great video.

Literally giving new meaning to "Ride it like you stole it". Nice work CaliMotoTV. Nice work.

@@CaliMotoTV cool, will check it out...
About 13:52 you’re just about to pass me going 146mph... I barely clear 125mph on the front straight lol

If bogna is uncomfortable with talking while riding she can always do a voice over? MORE TUONO AAAAAA
@@CaliMotoTV fair enough. I'm just being impatient. But yea, the instant whoop factor is priceless
Enjoyed this. Thanks.
