The story takes place in a setting far away from his hometown, and any friends he might've made there are irrelevant to the plot. Same thing goes for Gege. Gojo has obviously had many interactions within his clan, but since they're not significant to his character, the author probably assumed it was more or less "normal". Now that he's being asked these questions, he has to use the established personality of Gojo to imagine how the interactions may have been like, but it will be more "rough" than his usual writing.
That would make sense, but I think the use of "un-sure" statements like that (idk what to call them lol) is most likely because he legit just DIDN'T think about most of the questions about Gojo beforehand. Like, he never sat down, looked at a drawing of gojo, and said "yeah, that guy's definitely a dog person." Maybe I’m reading too deep into it, but Gojo providing and taking care of people all his life, to but ultimately wanting someone to provide and take care of him seems oddly in character
He sees himself as alone, the strongest man, satoru gojo, there to be the strongest. Ultimately he can shoulder the burden of many jujutsu high sorcerers and can literally turn tides of battle, but this made him more distant even being the best teacher to many sorcerers. He just simply doesn't have anyone whom understands him as well, hes both the best for everyone but lonely and distant until the end
Imagine giving birth to what is basically a baby god, only to be separated because you don’t have the training to offer your child, extended family pretty much taking him away...
OMG you are right, they must've been watching! But since they were separated early for Satoru’s training, it is possible the parents and the child are pretty much strangers to each other... I'm thinking Gojo’s mentor might’ve been more of a parent figure in Gojo’s life. Hopefully mentor was so old they have passed on before Gojo.
If my child died fighting the strongest sorcerer in all of history and nearly killed him, I don't think I'd be too upset. That's a pretty great way to go out.
here's my theory on why Sukuna can't target the soul with his technique and possibly why Yuji could never use the world cutting slash. Yuji is the surgeon whilst Sukuna is the butcher, they're opposites even in their perspectives of shrine,Yuji uses the scissor lines whilst Sukuna sends slashes flying. The world cutting slash in its essence increases the target of the slash to space and the world itself which fits perfectly with Sukuna's ideology of utter destruction. whilst Yuji's slashes RESTRICT himself to only cut the soul thereby increasing the precision of his cuts to not cause needless harm. therefore i believe each of their "special" slashes perfectly aligns with their world view and usage of the Shrine technique. TL;DR Sukuna is a butcher whose specialty is brute force whilst Yuji is a surgeon whose specialty is sheer precision. hope this rambling made even a fraction of sense!
@@ErshiinI think it just the huge power difference or aura difference. I also have a theory that since sukuna was a soul when Mahito touched yuji his attacks hurted soul's as well since he was a soul that time but now he is fighting in his physical form he can't do the same trick .This also explain why he can't just protect his soul from yujis attacks and why he was so surprised of soul dismantle.
@@HishamWasi-q4y This implies that if Mahito was still around, he'd be able to no-diff Sukuna at the peak of his power, since soul targeting attacks is literally the only way Mahito could be hurt. More likely explanation for why Sukuna was surprised by Yuji's ability is because he has spent the entire series shitting on Yuji as being a completely useless non-threat who isn't capable of achieving anything... And suddenly Yuji is hurting HIM. Its less about Yuji being able to do something that Sukuna can't, and more about Yuji being able to do ANYTHING that poses a legitimate threat to Sukuna that is taking him aback. Also wasn't Yuji's ability to see and target the soul originally attributed to Sukuna's influence when it first started happening?
@@Ershiin But in chapter 252 it was said that since inhabiting in a body which contained two souls at the same time sukuna was made aware of the outline of his own soul so I think it's kinda say that both yuji and sukuna needed each other for that soul stuffs but since sukuna was more focused in jujutsu and yuji was more focused on the soul power so there are huge difference in soul power . It kinda explains why he was so surprised of soul stuff in general plus he has no counter for it also why didn't he used soul dismantle ever again ?
I was listening with low audio at first and thought you said "blue-eyed oni-chan" instead of "blue-eyed honored one" and figured you had just gone off the deep end
He did in the same breath say "I don't like gojo's personality and I think he's someone without one" then say "I think Gojo is a character with a great personality." 😮
Real writers know that you always got that one dude you dunk on but do love a lot. Like “yeah he’s a shitheel that makes bad choices but he’s my baby”. It’s loving bullying at most.
I hope Gojo took the time out to go see the Gojo clan and his parents especially before the big fight to give his last will and testament as well any heartfelt goodbyes if any.
Gojo feels a lot like if Killua didn’t meet Gon in hxh. They have seemingly very similar childhoods and I’m thinking that maybe Gege thought of that but that’s just speculation.
33 questions, that must mean there are 33 chapters left of the manga. What would Gege do with the final chapter? Bring Gojo back of course. Why would he do this? Because it all lines up, he’s answering questions because the fans all question when Gojo will return. Makes perfect sense, trust me bros
someone should ask, - does Gojo have to make a hand sign for teleportation? if yes does he only have to do it once or each teleportation? - can Gojo charge purple while also using Blue to teleport? - what training does Gojo do for his hand to hand fight? - given time can Gojo does an open domain? - can Gojo creates 10 blue and red sphere? - does the 6 eyes work with only 1 eyes intact?
he already had his eyes cut up during sukuna’s domain and had half his face burned off so yea his six eyes still work if one is destroyed (plus he can regenerate them)
@@trxckydestroyer2213 this is late but, when. I posted this, iirc the sacrificing 1 eye binding vow theory was booming. We both know that Gojo can rct it, but if it's binding vow it might not be possible. hence the question
paper driver is a term we use in japan where someone has a driver's license but doesnt drive. Since driving is more of a luxary so people just end up getting Driver's license as a form of identification
Right? That be fun to listen to. Also it was strange to me since Gojo is good at everything so I had assume he know English well since its one of the universal language and his clan made sure to give him the best training and education
@@SemekiIzuio I remember the other QnA from a fanbook (from 2021, iirc) where it's said that Gojo's the type of person who can do almost anything, but also doesn't have any hobbies and decides to leave those for others to fill up. It brings me to recall his line about his technique about his enemy being given everything, but ultimately not acting. The 3-hr sleep/nap period shown in this video is part of a page that showcases what his typical day is like (not shown here). He *barely* has anything going on outside of work. It reminds me that Gege said that he started out eating sweets for his brain, but he ended up developing a sweet tooth. I think if he ever does do any other activity and turn it into a hobby, he immerses himself so intensely that he ends up good with it. We're also shown that his drawings of Jogo and Hanami are kid-like. But, I think if he actually gets serious with either that or English, he can get really great at it.
@@oceanicGrimalkin I am aware of all that but as I said Gojo was given the best education as a clan member. You'd think they'd teach him English at one point since Japan is known to teach it as secondary language because its a universal language and it would benefit him greatly when traveling abroad. Thats whats questionable not that he wouldn't have been able to if he chose not because when he was younger he didnt have the option to deny anything and why it resulted with him running away from time to time
I think he's more into analyzing what he's written and then building off of what he seems like he'd do, instead of what he'd perfer gojo to do or like,
Nobody writes fifty backstory details to their characters. Often there's not even a draft of that except a general idea even for the best writers. Gege kept it vague to be able to edit it later, incase he decides on a better idea that makes Gojo more interesting. That's what a good writer would do to give themselves room when asked an unexpected story question. If a writer in a fantasy world was okay describing exactly how say, magic works on a whim, he risks destroying the foundations of his goddamn story. If you've written short stories that got attention before I think you see how that could happen. Only idiot writers, or the type that thinks of stuff but doesn't put it into the story, would answer any such question with deep detail. The only direct answer gege has given as seen are the ones pertaining the aspects of the stories we've already seen.
@@HabitualThinkerIt can be really limiting both to the author and to the fanbase to create so many strict details about a character. Gege has his own interpretation, but bc these details are so inconsequential, they don’t need to be set in stone.
to all Gojo fans, go ahead, live your life, because I'm telling you, Gojo's return is impossible, Gege wants to finish the manga this year and now we're at the fight between the MC and the villain, do the math..
I had a question about Yuji’s domain. Do you believe it’s possible Yuji will pull a trick out of Sukuna’s playbook through resonance to leave the burden of shrine on his domain so that he could use blood manipulation against him? The contrast would be how Sukuna used DA against Gota. I understand shrine being a stronger technique but it would be great to see Yuji utilising everything in his arsenal. Speaking of, if this were to happen can the guaranteed hit still be a shrine technique ? Yuta’s og domain makes me think it’s possible. Lastly, if he did use blood manipulation, how likely would it be for him to have a variation of it compared to Choso as each cursed womb seemed to have a different usage. What do you think it would be like? Keep up the great work, loving the content as always !
This is a completely random and un-important theory, but what if the reason Gojo sleeps so little is because his constant CE usage keeps him constantly fresh? Idk how that makes but sleeping only 3 hours a day sounds torturous otherwise.
There once was a time where that was me for a week straight, can confirm it's absolutely torture unless you are completely lost in doing something like deep cleaning the entire house or car or just something you genuinely gotta focus on,
There's a mutation that allows some people to be able to thrive on four hours of sleep, you can look that up. Also being friends with people who have fucked up sleep schedule and often almost don't sleep I seen them be able to work and stuff and since it's Gojo mother fuckin Satoru I think he'll be fine, not even mentioning his constant rct usage
Paper driver is just a term that means someone who is licensed to drive motor vehicles, but only in theory/paper and doesn’t have much/any experience on the subject. Nice vid!
4:34 and thus the whole character arc of Gojo having an identity crisis over his own strenght ever since Geto made him that question, got completely disproven.
I think sleeping for 3 hrs a day makes sense. Considering he is constantly refreshing his brain with RCT i think you could get around sleep deprevation with that too.
He's not the only one, but most of his clan is kinda weak except for him. He's the only reason why the Gojo clan is not wiped out, while the Kamo and Zenin clan have tons of stronger than average sorcerers instead.
They need to make a spinoff on gojos childhood and sukunas heian era shit. I think almost every single character in the show could get a spinoff lowkey
Gege already once said that he can't see Gojo being emotionally sincere enough to open up to something like that (you might know the well known mistranslation of that that had people thinking he said Gege can't be faithful to one woman). So probably no secret girlfriends or wife.
I like how when Gege creates his characters he doesn't know everything about them, shown in some questions when he kinda shurgs it off like "idk probably smth like that", and especially the question where if gojo wore sunglasses in middle school his answer was "i mean he probably had it on before highschool but gojo wearing sunglasses in middle school is weird so idk bruh"
5:42 I am not japanese, but considering gege frasing, i think what he means by paper driver is that gojo wouldn't get his drivers license, but in the rare case he gets his license he probably would only get it on the paper and never actually use his license on practice, he probably would still use Ijichi as his uber 😂
My Mahoraga QaA: Does Mahoraga need to re-adapt from a dmg source after being ritual summoned more then one time. Does his size increase as he adapts. Because at the start of Sukuna vs Mahoraga, Mahos. hand could kinda wrap around Sukuna's head but near the end Sukuna is like an action figure compare to Mahoraga. Can Mahoraga recover form a decapitated hand if his main body is evaporated beyond atoms. If so, why didn't he do it after being hit by "fuga". There were countless severed limbs across the city. Is Mahoraga now tamed to Fushiguro. Bcause Sukuna tamed him whilst possessing Fushiguro, so by default does it mean that Fushiguro tamed Mahoraga. Do Mahoraga's eye wings have feathers, or are they complete flesh. Can he swap his wrist sword between hands.

A paper driver is a person who has a driver's license but never drive. The term is rare and usually used by non-native speakers of English. In Japan, the term "ペーパードライバー" (pēpā doraibā) is used to describe inexperienced drivers who haven’t driven for many years or never since they got their driver’s license 5:47
“They were separated from Satoru at a young age” You ever think Gojo snuck away from the elders of his clan to meet with his parents since they were above other members of the clan?
Some of these questions were absolutely random like the cat or dog. Surprised with Gege answering them since he doesn't love that character too much and says probably in his answers 👀
Interesting that it’s 33 questions because according to Christianity, Jesus was believed to be 33 when he was crucified before he resurrected. We’re getting Gojo back yall
Mya later posted Gojo's complete daily routine/schedule I believe. Not sure where he got it but that should be where the bedtime and wake up times came from.
"Paper Driver" is a japanese invented term for someone who owns a liscense (papers) to drive a car, but doesn't even drive in the first place or own a car. Basically someone who doesn't drive.
The creator does not like gojo but even if he did, he actually give him a pretty relatable story and personality and we as fans base on what gojo have shown in story think of him differently and we fell that he have bigger heart and i think gege could not believe it.
What do you think? If Gojo wanted to be a normal person and actually tried, would he become a physics, considering his eyes gives him information of everything + he whole CT is about laws of physics?
This is entirely unrelated to the contents of this video but I just got a Target ad and I feel like it should be a federal law that people that work somewhere should not get an ad for that somewhere. I don't work today I don't want Target in my head

There are people who can thrive on 4 hours. I think 3 is "pushing it" but he's Gojo. It on brand
4 hours of sleep ain’t even that bad tbh.
And it was a joke, so there's that
Maybe I’m reading too deep into it, but Gojo providing and taking care of people all his life, to but ultimately wanting someone to provide and take care of him seems oddly in character
kinda makes me sad. he deserves all the love and care
@@aafreenfatima7525fr bro just has a sassy character but he's pretty cute no matter what
Yes ❤
I love this man 🥺❤
He sees himself as alone, the strongest man, satoru gojo, there to be the strongest.
1:30 seeing your child get bisected in 4K is wild 💀
OMG you are right, they must've been watching! But since they were separated early for Satoru’s training, it is possible the parents and the child are pretty much strangers to each other... I'm thinking Gojo’s mentor might’ve been more of a parent figure in Gojo’s life. Hopefully mentor was so old they have passed on before Gojo.
@Sienisota I mean I'd be pretty bummed seeing my child be killed no matter the context
@@alfalldoot6715 yeah FR.

Damn, Yuji as a surgeon? This is some great analogy. Bravo!
Considering how Sukuna scared the piss out of Mahito, I absolutely think Sukuna can target the soul... He just doesn't care to
@@ErshiinI think it just the huge power difference or aura difference.
Throughout heaven and earth...
We are the coping few.

someone should ask,
- does Gojo have to make a hand sign for teleportation? if yes does he only have to do it once or each teleportation?
- can Gojo charge purple while also using Blue to teleport?
- what training does Gojo do for his hand to hand fight?
- given time can Gojo does an open domain?
- can Gojo creates 10 blue and red sphere?
- does the 6 eyes work with only 1 eyes intact?
he already had his eyes cut up during sukuna’s domain and had half his face burned off so yea his six eyes still work if one is destroyed (plus he can regenerate them)

paper driver is a term we use in japan where someone has a driver's license but doesnt drive. Since driving is more of a luxary so people just end up getting Driver's license as a form of identification
Damn, i kinda want to hear Gojo speak broken English now, like in character as part of the script with his Jpn VA. That sounds really funny lol.
Right? That be fun to listen to. Also it was strange to me since Gojo is good at everything so I had assume he know English well since its one of the universal language and his clan made sure to give him the best training and education
VIIIOOOOLINNNNN !!! 🎻
He kinda did say some English words during the baseball match
Thats whats questionable not that he wouldn't have been able to if he chose not because when he was younger he didnt have the option to deny anything and why it resulted with him running away from time to time
"Probably not"
Bro you wrote the story!💀⁉️
@@no3ironman11100yes, but as the author he literally just decides, lol.
@@HabitualThinkerIt can be really limiting both to the author and to the fanbase to create so many strict details about a character. Gege has his own interpretation, but bc these details are so inconsequential, they don’t need to be set in stone.

Just closed twitter about 5 seconds ago and knew this guy would already have a video on this Q&A 😂😂
Good, Twitter is so bad rn with misinformation 😕
now we need Yuta questions and hopefully Gege answer's
Khaaki thank you so much for the continued support, I talk about this here: th-cam.com/video/KO99LWnBVZk/w-d-xo.html
This is a completely random and un-important theory, but what if the reason Gojo sleeps so little is because his constant CE usage keeps him constantly fresh? Idk how that makes but sleeping only 3 hours a day sounds torturous otherwise.
There once was a time where that was me for a week straight, can confirm it's absolutely torture unless you are completely lost in doing something like deep cleaning the entire house or car or just something you genuinely gotta focus on,

some people only sleeps 3 hours, so for some it's an efficient way to sleep
@@fbi-chan6164 idk about the chief, I'd need some kinda proof that there are some people out there that don't require less then 7 hours of sleep,
There's a mutation that allows some people to be able to thrive on four hours of sleep, you can look that up. Also being friends with people who have fucked up sleep schedule and often almost don't sleep I seen them be able to work and stuff and since it's Gojo mother fuckin Satoru I think he'll be fine, not even mentioning his constant rct usage

My Mahoraga QaA:
Does Mahoraga need to re-adapt from a dmg source after being ritual summoned more then one time.
