- FOR ME... THIS 81 YEAR OLD FILIPINO LOLO IS THE BEST BARBER IN THE PHILIPPINES.
Why?
Because of his attitude, perseverance, hard work, and contentment in life. I first met Manong Piping five years ago on a journey to Aparri. He had a broken down little barber shop along the side of the road, and I just thought it would be great to get a haircut. What I got... was a beautiful lesson about life.
On this journey to the northern side of the Philippines... I wanted to see if he was still around, and if he would give me a haircut.

One thing in common is that, I am a proud Cagayanon. I really missed my home province Cagayan, I came from the town of Lasam, northern part and not too far from Aparri. I'm so glad that you have featured my home province in your vlogs that's why I am so emotional as well. And featuring Tatay Peping in your vlogs was really a great thing you did, how much you have shown humanity and kindness especially for like him who have lived his life in a very simple way.

That would be an additional task for Kulas without a team of language or dialect experts. You’re not gonna see daily vlog if such things are necessary.
Well if he can speak it then i dont see how Hard it is to do subtitles while he is making the video anyways its not like its an hour long video with subs im asking for and as I would say i like to watch quality more than quantity but ofcourse if he cant then he cant i just dont understand why he wanna cut out us non phillipinos if he is all about promoting turism to the phillipines also im pretty sure he could get some of his freinds or girlfreind to help and he does earn $$$ on the channel he could hire help its not impossible
