- I head back to Eastbourne Parkrun this week for the first summer course run of the year!
Myself (J Mills) trying to get a course PB with my brother D Mills in hot pursuit, ready to capitalise on any sign of weakness!

Isn't 190 heart rate way too high halfway through the race. If he's in his 30s that's something I would expect at the final push if at all.
You would think so, but we've checked with a HR monitor and he's just a bit of a freak 🤣🤣🤣
