How to deal with error code (0x80bd003c)

I show you how to avoid this error message on Xbox one. Should work on any variation of the Xbox one. I hope this video helps.

I cant set it the record to external drive , not in the capture settings even in the storage settings. I got every time the same issue

Try unplug the power supply and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. This is a manual reset and should clear the cache. Might work. Hope that helps.

@@BsJoker To be clear, you mean the power supply to the console?

@@xipyro_maniacix4048 yeah turn the console off then unplug the power supply because if it is still plugged to a power supply background things can still run.
