Removed my account. And it won’t let me add it back. Whenever I click on add new, it loads for a second and just takes me back to the Home Screen

For anyone still having this problem unplugging everything fom the xbox and wire from outlet and wait around 5 minutes then plugging everything back in reconnecting to wifi, helped me after effortless attempts with other methods hope this helps even one of you.

TROUBLE SHOOTED THIS ISSUE FOR HOURS AND READ SOMEONE SAY IT COULD BE FROM WEAK INTERNET COMNECTION. I almost ordered a new router but before doing so I decided to connect my Xbox directly to the router with a Ethernet cable and this fixed it for me thank god. try doing that guys if you haven’t already got it plugged in and if that doesn’t work maybe time to get a new router. Mine is like almost 4 years old lol.

Thank you so much for this. I just wanted to come home after a long day and play some Forza. Then my Xbox just started being mean to me.
I literally tried everything nothing solved my problem then I saw someone's comment, I did what he said and finally everything is good now, just turn off the console, take off all the wires, HDMI PLUG etc. Wait 5mn or more then turn it on again, I think it's because the cache or something idk

If these didnt work, go unplug your router for a minute plug it in, then disconnect your xbox from wifi then sign it back in and that worked pretty well
