I got sick of being a computer slug and have been doing your videos along with an occasional session with my trainer and step aerobics. Hey Autumn! I just love, love, love your workouts! I was planning on doing a workout on Beachbody but I didn't. I got such a late start and was so tired I decided to play it safe. I tuned in to your channel here on TH-cam. I just got two wonderful workouts without injuring myself! Yay! Feeling great and my muscles are fired up! Thank you for a great workout.
Just did these workouts. I only worked with 8lb weights because that's all i have right now.Don't worry, I will get more! I decided to do more Reps with and with out it weights. Have my fitBit on, burned 1200 calories. I feel great! Great Video Autumn! (Just subscribed).
Nice moves! Want to make this more metabolic? Try adding in some bodyweight cardio drills (up to 60sec each, jump rope, high knees, burpees) in between each dumbbell exercise :)
Hey Autumn, I was wondering if there was any way that you would consider doing a list/video of what a 15 year old girls workout should be and how often? I really enjoyed doing this video and am a huge fan of incorporating weights. It would be super helpful to start a consistent workout that does the whole body but isnt longer than an hour....

I have been doing good on working out, I just need that extra about workout with dumbbells with arthritis. I am also doing the 21 day too with the containers. Love it.

have you heard of the 21 Day Fix? It's heavily focused on nutrition and that's where you'll really learn how/what/when to eat :) I have loved using the nutrition portion to lock in my nutrition--and the 30-minute workouts are great too!
Hello Autum, I have a question for you. I've been working out and I've lost over 25 pounds with the 21 day fix. I've plateaued! I want to get to 135, I am currently 144. Is there any workout that you can recommend? I added the 7 dumbbell exercises and increased my weight(I have a pretty athletic build). Any suggestions?

HI, i have a few things i noticed about your plank. please take it as constructive criticism i mean well:) Need to have proper form when placing weights down. This can cause people to have lower back issues! also your back should be straight on your plank. hip shift needs to be limited when performing the row:) hope you redo and repost, for the sake of people with a low-no fitness level.

How is the deadlift different than the squat? Legs are still in the same position moving the same direction 🤷🏻♀️
