Suprisingly the most well written villain in all of Michael Bay’s films
Really? It’s like he always talking to someone else in another context in every single scene he shows up in LOL.
I'd say megatron is better written.
Lockdown was better imo
All the villains are well written aside from the fallen who’s not bad per say just has the typical revenge arc but he’s still cool cause he’s wise, cunning, and patient cause can seriously fuck shit up whenever he wants to but still waits till all the pieces are in the right place.

That's a quote from Ratchet and Clank, and that's exactly what happened to Sentinel Prime he wanted the survival of his race so badly it changed him

And it finally Killed Sentinel Prime.
Sentinel’s sword has in my opinion one of the most badass sounds in the Transformers movies

No, he ripped off a part of megatrons head and said he'd never work for the Deceptions but with them. In fact, his whole plan was to be in charge.

Funny, in the novel and comic, Megatron is completely honest about his truce. He is completely willing to be envision a life not being Optimus’ arch-enemy.

My favourite details are at 2:09 when he looks at Optimus like "are you seriously letting humans be in charge of you", at 8:47 him actually picking his shield and sword up, at 10:03 (onwards) look at his left eye (our right) the attention to detail it's damaged and so you can kinda see it without the blue and at 10:13 his lips actually quiver, these movies may not have the best writing but the cgi and details within the cgi are brilliant
And 10:20 he say "OH FUCK" in inner voice xD

It's like how a lightsaber sounds but more elegant and dangerous
I think it is some kind of high-frequency weapon like the swords in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance but on a lot larger scale and at lower frequency, and that's why we can actually hear the vibration of the twinblades. Also the attacks are way too telegraphed, but still a heaven for my ears.

Yah, definitely a cool choice. I love the Spock references, especially how Sentinel turns Spock's most iconic line from a hopeful one, into one with a sinister meaning. "The needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few."

I honestly like sentinel prime his motives were understandable but what I liked about him a lot was his choice of weapons he chose a sword that could unfold into two and a big shield

Sentinel was an antagonist not a villian, he had a clear objective which was save his planet not matter the cost, even if that means working with his enemies and betray/kill his own comrades. That's why it is such a good character in this franchise.
@CALLOFHONOR He thought of cybertronians as gods and wanted to enslave humanity definitely a villian. Lockdown however was just doing his job.

I'll be honest, I did not expect sentinel to be Evil, especially after that scene with him and Optimus on the cliff. at most I expected him to be somehow controlled by Megatron

@@RoboZombie44 Sentinel was referring to the fact that the majority of living Cybertronians are the Decepticons that wanted to revive their home no matter the cost (doesn't mean that the Autobots don't want to revive their planet either, they just want to find another way without sacrificing humans)

Sentinel Prime wouldn't be the same in this movie without Leonard Nimoy, coming from anyone else his lines wouldn't have hit the same. Especially just before he "discharges" Ironhide.

He actually wasn't, his robotic appearance just looks similar between his native and Earth form since he didn't have any wheels and fire truck parts on him before.
Maturing is realizing that Sentinel Prime and Megatron were right.

This was an Incredible Masterpiece Video for My All Time Favorite Version of Sentinel Prime and My All Time Favorite Voice Role for Leonard Nimoy. Sentinel Prime is My Third Favorite Antagonist’s in The Transformers Film Series. I will always be grateful that Michael Bay got The Late Leonard Nimoy (1931 - 2015) to Return to The Transformers Franchise after 25 Years since The Transformers 1986 Film and Being The First Person to Bringing Megatron’s Darker Side Galvatron to Life.

(with green & orange) and they were taken under ironhides wing and were going to be present when ironhide engages the dreads and were to be killed off right after ironhide when sentinel betrays the autobots
