    As a man I find it these kriyas as useful wonderful for hips to neck head, as my wife has diabetes I want to ask what kriyas can be useful for someone with diabetes ?

      I have a video for diabetes. You can search for that. The other suggestion is to explore kundalini yoga for the nervous system. These movements help to manage blood sugar. I have type 1 as well b

    Wow. So many challenges. I do love me some ego eradicator. Had trouble staying in some of the other positions. I really felt the quote about fear and love, as I certainly felt fear dragging my right arm down to the ground once or twice while it was overhead. And finally, the 20-20-20 practice is something I have tried before - the inhale is by far the hardest for me to extend. Powerful practice for me to work on. Thank you. ❤🧡💛

    Wonderful, thank you so much. Can I ask if this video is also best to be practiced for 40 days in a row? And also, I didnt quite get if the 20-20-20 breath was also after the first round of arms up, so if you need to continue with this with the other arm postures as well. Would be great to know! Thanks a lot to you, Salimah, and the whole community. Sat nam

      Hi thank you for connecting. The 20-20-20 is specified for the first section. For the others sections - the instruction is long and slow breathing. So you can keep 20-20-20 or find a slow breath that works for you.

    Thank you for this wonderful praactice. Today is my 22nd day, I'll be doing it for 40 days. It's getting better and better. When I started I couldn't hold the positions without interruptions, now I can compleate all (I'm still worinkg on my breaths to expend them). I realized not long time ago that it's all about self love. And now I'm searching for all different tools to help me get and stay in aligment with myself and to accept me in complet. I would like to ask you what kriya would you advise me to do after I finish this 40 day process? Thank you!

    I completed my first forty day discipline using this kriya and after a few months, I returned to the practice this morning. Thank you very much for sharing this. I was wondering if you could share something about the significance of the first discipline, and if our practice should be a series of forty day disciplines or a daily discipline that cycles between different kriyas. Thank you!

    I also want to express my thanks for your great work and help. The way you teach Kundalini Yoga gives hope and it is a possibility to feel the energy of our body and soul - even when you ´re just a beginner. I also would like to ask 1 questions. I notice that focusing my eyes is very hard for me. For example, even though I know where my chin is, I dont feel like my eyes ever focus on it and if they do, its only for a short amount of time. This also happens me with other kriyas, where the closed eyes should focus different places, ..what does that tell me? Sat Nam

      @YogaVisionOnline  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You’re welcome. I’m glad the practices have been helpful for you. Focal points are tough! They can feel like eye strain or feel headachy in the beginning. Start slowly, relax your eyes when you need to. I have a video coming out soon about this topic ❤️

    Hello was it the benefits of having the kundalini active ? to not having it activated ? I had my awakening in 2017, and only go to a few a classes a year and only do the DhyaanGuru Dr. Nipun Aggarwal kundalini mediations once in a while I always feel good after both. thanks peace and love.

    I have tried my best but i have not make the frog position up and down 26 times and i have not done to hold my arms in all of these positions for so long. Now i am scared i have done something wrong and if it helps even if i am not ready to practice all completeley right.

    • @YogaVisionOnline

      Hello hello - relax dear one. This is not a perfect. This is a practice. It is important to modify postures so that you can do a little. So with frog pose - face the wall put your fingers on the wall and make a small bend on your knees to lower yourself down just a little and then next day a little bit lower and so on. For the arm movements lower your hands to heart level and do the posture from there. Yoga is for everyone. So make it your own by makes small changes so your body can adjust. With stress we get tight and lose strength. Now you are building it back. Ok?
