We are used to make a slightly different version of this at home, and we call it "des œufs dans le trou" (in French), and, yes, that sounds a bit vulgar and inappropriate... but that's what makes us say so !!)

I always wonder - when watching chefs with bracelets, rings, amulets in such shows - how do they wash it? Do they get noble mold under it or some animals? In this episode Jamie managed not to make a mess of whole kitchen (although it never ceases to amaze me when he touches everything with greassy hands). And he gained 10 pounds after festive food so ge had to hide it with sixties-style jacket.
