    Finally. I got the Titan with RS12 seat, review coming soon.
    Steering Wheel moves a lot if you pull or push.
    Fix the wheel movement by adding additional bolts in the adjustment slots of the wheel.

    Good review sir. Very pleased with mine.
    You're right in that the plate to which the wheel attaches, has to have it's screws tightend to the max. Else it will move noticeably.
    Recently got the 8NM GT DD Pro on it, copes with the torque fine, prob be ok with the DD1 one too. But my arms would not be :)

      Thank you. Yes the person from whom I bought it had a DD1 on it and was still fine. Sturdy little thing, the Titan!

    I've seen other people replace the provided hardware for the wheel mount mechanism with serrated flange bolts that completely eliminated the slipping. Did you feel like the pedal plate was flexing when driving?

      @GeorgioSubs That would indeed be ideal because I really am not fond of the attachment of the wheelbase. I didn't feel it was flexing no, I used the T-LCM's on it and under normal usage, there was no sensation of flexing when driving. When I watched the recording of the pedals when I used them, I saw a very small flex, but nothing I would call worth mentioning. I would say on the brake, I would get between 1 and 5 mm flex even when pushing the brake a bit harder.

      @GeorgioSubs can't help you there. It depends what things you find most important. The most recurring factor that I encountered for people chosing tubular is estethics. Second is price.

    It is a nice looking setup. I was wondering how much dust collects in the common Aluminium profiles, it is probably easier to clean tube surfaces. Perhaps the tube shape also has a better Wife acceptance factor if the rig „lives“ in a common room.

      Actually, a pretty good point there MZ! I had not even thought of that but its true. In those grooves of the profile rigs, a lot of Dust tends to collect. I think in general because of the looks and relative small footprint it is much more acceptable in a living room

    Iv just put mine together it’s really nice. Something I noticed is the back of the rs9 seat has some play did u notice this. If u lean forward and back into the seat there’s some movement. Wonder are they all like this.

      Unfortunately, that is for most of the seats out there an issue even more expensive ones. The RS12 i have has it a little less. If it bothers you, contact GT Omega. Perhaps you can work something out. Normally, they are very friendly and helpful.

    I have this rig with the XLRS seat I love it it's amazing I am 6 ft tall fits me a perfectly

    May I ask a question?
    Rigidity is one more or less important aspect of a sim rig. The footprint is another one.
    I am still using a Playseat Challenge because my man cave is rather small, and I don't want to appear even more gaga when I have visitors at home. Therefore I can fold the Challenge away - at least a bit. The GT Omega ART consists of two parts, holded together via handscrews. It seems to me a quite simple task, to split the rig in two parts, and roll the seat away.
    Do you think it is possible to do this with the Titan also, by simply replacing the screws that bind together the front- and the rearpart of the rig with handscrews?
    (Assumption: the rig is on casters)

      Yes it can be done. Will it be handy? No. They are still very bulky pieces and I can promise you that assembling it and disassembling it will get old real quick. I have another suggestion for you. The Trophy is a lightweight and it could be parted in 2 parts BUT, you could just take the rig and hang it on a wall with some hooks. It will be more out of the way that the GT Omega's and you wouldnt have to disassemble it. So you want to play, just lift it off the hooks and play with no fidgetting with the screws.     Can the seat itself be adjusted? So can I adjust the angle of my back?

      Yes for all the seats they offer (RS) they have the lever to incline the backrest of your seat.

      @FeardVanBlue Guten tag Mein Herr 😏 you gain configurability, you gain stability, you gain customization, you loose on style, you loose on footprint. From a future perspective, the investment of the 100€ makes sense for my case. Selling tubular frames on the second hand market is though... extrusion frame profiles sell easily.

    Hello. I don't know why anyone would buy a titan, when here is now prime lite version. Titan with seat costs €570 and prime Lite €650. Only €80 difference. Prime lite is a much better option and definitely stronger and has no flex. You can adjust the aluminum profile cockpit in mm to suit you and combine it with other cockpits. I forgot to mention that the Titan has flex at the pedals.

      Why people would prefer a titan is in the end of the video. For some people style and footprint matter more. I didnt notice flex on pedals though when I tested it myself but good to know, thanks.

      Because the prime lite is ugly.the titan is much more living room friendly.

      There is over a $200 price difference in the U.S. when both are optioned with seats.

      There is 250$ price difference in Canada between the Titan & the Prime Lite. The new revised pedal tray on the GT Omega Titan has no flex at all. I agree aluminum profile is better with adjustment and you can easily upgrade and add many stuff on your rig. However, if all you need is a solid rig for your wheelbase , pedal and a shifter, the GT Omega is fine. Also, it looks much better then any aluminum profile in my opinion.

      Like I say in the countdown video, its personal preference. This one has a more traditional seating area (which i prefer) and it comes with a shifter holder and decent feet. This rig is aimed more at comfort. For sturdiness they are both alike. The Trophy is much lighter so you can move it more easy, it is imo also more stylish.       @@SimulatedDrivingResource I’m just thinking for my daughter to jump on and use it also this my be better over the trophy for adjusting etc. it is tough one the trophy looks better this is more practical.
