Their April 15th is their new year lock up anything that can't get wet and party for the day their new year is called Songkran this centuries old festival was more traditionally meant to give thanks and mark the new beginnings and the water was used for cleansing and renewal
1 national museum Bangkok
2 inu (amazing basil fried rice) is at -230 Phra Sumen Rd, Talat Yot, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand
3 Loha Prasat
4 golden mount
-This shrine occupies an 80 meter tall person-made hill and is about 300 steps to climb to the top, this was the site for about 60,000 plague victims in the 18th century
5 The grand palace
-the palace was the official residence of the kings of Thailand from 1782 to 1925 the palace remains partially open to the public as it remains a working palace for royal officials
6 wat Phra kaew (temple of the emerald buddha)
-it's regarded as the most sacred Buddhist temple in Thailand
-it is not known when the statue was made but it us generally believed it was crafted in the 14th century Thailand having spent time in Thailand and laos before it was finally taken from Vientiane in 1778 to Bangkok
7 wat pho
- it is regarded as Thailand first university center for traditional Thai massages, it is also regarded as one of Thailand oldest temples and is home to the 46 meter long reclining Buddha

its a really big park to the south of bangkok that we loved

11 wat Sampras (dragon temple)

KRABI
Krabi town Night market friday to sunday
(Different market- Ao nang landmark night market)
Sunrise at din daeng doi krabi
-wat kaew krabi
- wat Tham seen (tiger cave temple or hike temple)
Dating back to 1975 when a monk came to pray in the cave and saw tigers roaming around. There are 1260 stairs leading to the summit
-Khao ngon Nak/dragon trail
A 3.7k hike to the peak with 2 veiw points and a waterfall only worth seeing in the rainy season
-shell cemetery
It is said to be one of the only 3 shell cemetery in the world, it's estimated to date back to 25-40 million years ago

@kayflip2233 wow, thank you! I found it hard to fly my drone while traveling because everywhere that is cool doesn't allow drones so I ended up going when there wasn't anyone around to disturb them

Sometimes it is difficult to control because many times non-Thai people, may be Lao or Cambodian people, illegally come in to break the law. Therefore, if you think you are in a situation of being deceived, please inform the authorities immediately.🥺
@Rocknaverdie I did inform the police and they told me to call back in 2 days when I was leaving so I just let it be sadly but it was a suit shop with a non Thai person so you are correct

@warocc1 it's okay I still ended up really liking bangkok but it was definitely a hard start, besides that we had a wonderful experience with the locals, it was my fault for being a amateur traveller
