It seems like big corporations no longer do customer research. They listen to politicians who know only how to tax and spend, not real markets.
Who would buy a Chinese EV if there's a risk that the manufacturer will go bankrupt and disappear? (This has already happened with a maker of EV buses.)
...let alone their reputation for poor build quality. Doesn't really matter what it costs if you have no faith in the product of the company that makes it.
@@stuartmiller7419 Yes , this is what is happening to Ford and Stellantis . they currently trying to GIVE you 15-20 thousand (discounts ) to take this crap off their hands .
Chrysler went bankrupt , GM as well ,Ford too .
I was just thinking. If EPA isn't scrapped, they will be forced to acknowledge EV's are as far from "Green" as it's possible to be. A 60's Detroit diesel 2 cycle Mack Superliner should pollute a lot less over it's lifetime which should also be millions of miles vs 60,000 miles of a Tesla Motors vehicle or 20,000 BYD miles.
Give it 8 months you’ll be able to get a new Tesla model 3 for 25k! 😂
With the current state of EV technology I’m giving it a miss, it’s not there yet.
Will review my opinion in 5 years, time for them to re-invent battery technology - if they’re still being made 😂
