Doc everything in moderation is good. My lolo was 90 and my lola was 85 yrs old when they passed away. Lumaki ako na kasama sila. Ang observation ko sa life style nila ay more on gulay steamed. Bihira kaming kumain ng nilagang karne at isda. Hindi rin kami masyado sa matamis dahil mahal ang asukal. Puro kape sa umaga at minsan lang may tinapay. Bihira kami sa delata at sa iba pang mga processed food. Iwas lang talaga sa mga betsin at flavoring. Once in a blue moon magsoftdrinks. Wala naman silang naging mabigat na karamdaman all through their lives. Sa mental health ay positibo sila sa pananaw sa buhay at nagtutulungan. Hindi lahat ay maka-afford ng mga organic kaya ang maging sagot ay hugasan ng mabuti ang gulay at malaking tulong ang paglalakad araw araw. Isa sa solution ay magkaroon ng gulay sa bakuran kahit nasa city ay pwede sa container magtanim para organic.

Ako from Nov 1977 to Oct 1989 hindi ako kumakain ng kanin. Pero ngayon kumakain na uli ako ng kanin . Wala akong Diabetes. Wala din akong hypertension. Thalassemia Anemic meron ako.. Ang mother namin may tuberculosis 10 kaming magkakapatid isa man sa amin ay walang ganoong sakit. .

Ako din Doc 3 yrs din na akong walang rice. Because I have grade 1 fatty liver and my doctor told me to limit my carbs intake because I was overweight at that time. I do exercise but nothing changed on my weight that was the time that I decide to avoid rice 🍚 until now.
Pwede namam pong kumain ng rice basta may sukat lang or a cup...hindi naman kailangan kumain ng marami...more on vege and fruits and less meat din po...same as bread kapag sobra para ka n din kumain ng maraming rice.its only self dicipline lang kung gusto ng taong maging healthy and long life and also proper exercise po✌✌✌

I will try my best to improve my diet especially now that I am in golden years and I don't like taking medications I know it's not too late, though I am not taking any kind of medications and if I find a way not to get in a maintenance of any medication I would be very grateful. At sa awa ng Dios nalampasan ko po na hnd n ako nakain ng kanin.. 59 years old na po ako at maraming sakit like hypertention, sakit ng mga kasukasuhan po pati 2 tuhod ko subrang sakit po.. Subrang taas po ng bad cholasterol ko at 66 kilo po ako at nasa 54 ang aking hight.. Sa two weeks k po na wlng rice naalis n po ang manhid ng 2 kamay ko at sna po makuha n dn ang sakit ng tuhod ko.. Palagi po ako nanonood sa inyo sa you tube.. Nagfafasting po ako ng 16 hours at ang ginagamit ko na oil gawa ko lng po na coconut oil o lana sa ilonggo.. Ilonggo po kc ako doc. At marami apat n puno ang aming nyog sa labas ng bahay nmin kya ng cnabi po ninyo n maganda ang coconut oil yn napo ang gnagamit nmin mag asawa.. Tama po ba doc.. It took me 8yrs tobe free from rice dependence... now i am into low carb diet. Then alternate OMAD or 1meal in 2days.

I'm already doing it for almost 3 months but until now hindi ko pa rin nakukuha ang proper way kung papaano ito gawin. Ilang beses na rin ako nag send ng messages kung papaano pumasok sa master class pero wala naman sumasagot sa akin.
