Thank you! This was a cute story! My main issue is that the book is too short! I would love it if Catherine Waltan could write some more stories that can become audiobooks that run 8 hrs+ in length. I am glad I took a chance on these enchanting shorter witchy Cozy Mysteries. I love the characters, and the relationship between Gwyn and Amulet is adorable.
I love how she wore her cashmere sweater a rose colored one at that to promote wealth for him and not for herself. That was thoughtful and shows Gwen's consideration of his problems.
And what are we learning? A man being brusque and impolite is under a curse. A women can break the curse by being nice and lenient to the man despite the man being brusque and impolite, BECAUSE IT ISN’T HIS FAULT! Is anybody else feeling domestic-violence vibes?

And if she could also lure away his attention from all of the others who would love to call him theirs, that’s all to the good! But when Kevin finds a shortage in the cash, and it’s suspected to be an inside job, life is disrupted. He told Gwen the books don’t balance, but he re-counts the drawers himself. The money had been there, and he’s sure when or how, but it’s not there now. Can they find the thief? Will this hurt Gwen’s relationship with Kevin? And who would do such a thing to him?

Complaining about ads is such a privledged first world complaint. You can select to listen to this another time and choose a book that is equally loud as the ads so you can turn it down for bedtime. Just an idea, hope it helps.

Lol Grandma personality is so realistic I love it.
Grand Robbie is my favorite character. She is in book 2 that is coming this month. I think I will make her again be prominent in book 3 :)
