Your workouts are all I do! No gym neccesary! I am down 18 pounds in 4 months from doing your videos with only 2 pounds to go until I hit my goal weight! I never enjoyed working out until I found your videos. I was always kind of a couch potato now I work out 5 to 6 days a week and I love it and look forward to it. Never thought I would say I like to work out! Thanks for your amazing energy and content Jo!
@@ijeomaofor yes girl don't give up, keep going! Although I've lost that weight in the last 4 months. I actually started working out 6.5 months ago it took 2.5 months for the scale to move at all. I felt my body changing, gaining muscle, getting toner, but the number stayed the same, it was frustrating at times. That is why it is so important to take measurements and pictures you will see a difference despite the scale if you stay consistent! In April, I all of a sudden started loosing about a pound a week and haven't stopped. I will say this, being in a caloric deficit is important too along with working out. I am in a calorie deficit of af least 500 calories a day Monday through Friday and let go on the weekends. There are calculators online if you want to learn your caloric deficit for your body!

This was my first premiere! And for that reason I didn't pause it when it was just too hard, I just breathed, walked a little, and rejoined or modified the move to keep moving. I didn't do it perfectly but I feel so so proud of myself!
Great job!!! Way to keep going when it got hard. A lot of people don't realize that they can still get a quality workout by modifying the moves or just by walking in place. I'll bet you won't need to modify this in a few weeks if you keep working out to her videos. You should be really proud of yourself. 😊
I want to thank Jo for helping me fix my eating disorder and Body Image issues. I cried when the cool down started because it was a while since I did a work out and I was proud I got through it with 2 stops. This is one ☝🏼 of my first workouts with you. Long story short my daughter introduced me to you she lost over 50 pounds doing your workouts. She started out at 175 and is now 115. Absolutely beautiful 🤩 she did !!!! I’m 200 and just want to lose something 🤦🏻♀️ I hate feeling bad all the time. mentally I want to but I’m not motivated and don’t how to get there. Having covid was rough on me since I have a lot of medical issues. I’m grateful that God allowed me to finally get back to real workouts. This workout was amazing and I did it all. Thank you Jo. I’m a 34 yo mother of three young kids who, since discovering your channel, wakes up at 5:30 to get in a workout before everybody gets up and needs me. I love every video of yours that I’ve ever done, but I often come back to this one. It’s so, so hard to muster the energy required for this one at 5:30am, but when I do it, I burn a crazy amount of calories and get a huge endorphin high. I’ve lost 8 lbs in about 6 weeks, which feels wonderfully sustainable, but more exciting than the scale is how GOOD I feel emotionally after working out with your videos. I love it. You’re great, your channel does so much good, and this particular video kicks my butt at least once or twice a week 😂
i’ve never found a workout channel i love as much as yours, i love how i can chose different lengths of videos depending on how i am feeling and i love that i don’t have to get on the floor. i love the variety of your videos so that i can do something different everyday and most of all i love the way you motivate us and make working out a fun experience. i’ve never been consistent with exercise before but something about your channel just makes me excited to be doing this exercise! also congratulations on baby number 2💗

I ended up falling off a week after starting the workout but I lost 3 POUNDS when I started the first week. How's your progress? My SW was 236.4lb on 9/8/22 and today 10/4/22 I weighed in at 229.0lb! Its not as much progress as I had wanted on the scale but I definitely feel more stamina and stronger, and my pants aren't as tight lol. I have been eating better but not as good as I could because I still want to enjoy pizza night and other meals with my family lol.
Hey Jo, I’ve been doing your workouts everyday for a month now. I feel more energy but that’s the only thing that has changed. I’be only lost a pound and feeling a little discouraged. But I’m just trying to stay consistent and positive that it takes time. I’m drinking lots of water and I’m counting calories right now to just watch how much I’m eating. I’m putting a lot of good stuff in, just I’m an overeater. I’ve really put in a lot of hard work and hard effort with each exercise and to only see a lb gone, just discouraging.
Omg! Same! Been doing Jo’s videos for about 3.5 weeks and my belly still looks 5 months pregnant, I’m 6 PP, maybe! A little smaller but I am staying consistent. 4-5 videos a week. I give myself a rest day, eat plenty protein but my weight hasn’t dropped yet. Imma keep it pushing though.
Loved this workout!!! I needed something quick and focused this morning, and this was it! Encouragement to any others out there with bad knees like me- just modify it a bit. Some of the quicker moves, I slowed down and concentrated on form and getting tension in the muscles rather than speed. ❤️
wow! one of THE best workouts! talk about not wanting to workout, cloudy and rainy outside BUT this workout :) not bored or tired at all! loved the different time intervals, mixture of music to match the workout, no repeats, variety of intensity, motivational speech at halfway point, smiles, fun, laughter... everything I need in a workout to keep me consistent. Girl im recovering from covid and this was my 1st workout. I had to pause after 7 mins but i pushed through and finished it. This kicked my butt like all your other wrkouts but its what i signed up for. Your workouts are always a good measure of physical fitness. I took a “break” for three months because I’m pregnant and had little to no energy in my first trimester. Now that I’m in my second I started working out to your videos this week. I had to modify a lot of the workouts but my key point was DO NOT stop moving. 30 minutes was hard as I’m not used to it as I was before the pregnancy, but I feel proud of myself. I love your workouts.

I have been doing your 3 mile (50min) workout for a while but this 30 min workout made me sweat like hell 💦 n I didn’t sweat this much while doing 3 mile. Loved it. After 12 mins my mind was like give up but I didn’t and completed whole workout. Next day my whole body was in pain. This one is a killer workout n its working for me. It was my 5th day of restarting my workout after months! - (1st) last Monday I did 'Doja Cat vs Lizzo' and '12 min fat burn, drop inches' videos, along with some self- made workouts. Tuesday BREAK - (2nd) last Wednesday I did my own stuff Thursday BREAK -(3rd) last Friday I did ' 12 min country dance workout' and around 18 mins for this '30 mins cardio' - (4th) last Saturday, could only go with 13-14 mins of this '30 mins cardio' Sunday BREAK -(5th) Today is Monday and I after 15 mins of dancing, I completed this full video with 5-6 breaks in between. Feel so proud of myself🥰 Thankyou sis🤗

Whew! That was a torcher!!! 🔥 I’m currently dealing with shoulder and knee injuries, so I had to do some modifications. Even so, I burned 230 active calories (291 total calories), with an average heart rate of 149 bpm. I’m 47 years old, 5’3” tall, and weigh 207 pounds (and dropping). Thank you!!!!!

JUST what i needed!! burned exactly 250 calories, didn’t have to “try to make it harder”, it was the perfect difficulty with a fun variety of moves and times! flew by idek what i was thinking about during this!!

I’m a 34 yo mother of three young kids who, since discovering your channel, wakes up at 5:30 to get in a workout before everybody gets up and needs me. I love every video of yours that I’ve ever done, but I often come back to this one. It’s so, so hard to muster the energy required for this one at 5:30am, but when I do it, I burn a crazy amount of calories and get a huge endorphin high. I’ve lost 8 lbs in about 6 weeks, which feels wonderfully sustainable, but more exciting than the scale is how GOOD I feel emotionally after working out with your videos. I love it. You’re great, your channel does so much good, and this particular video kicks my butt at least once or twice a week 😂
i’ve never found a workout channel i love as much as yours, i love how i can chose different lengths of videos depending on how i am feeling and i love that i don’t have to get on the floor. i love the variety of your videos so that i can do something different everyday and most of all i love the way you motivate us and make working out a fun experience. i’ve never been consistent with exercise before but something about your channel just makes me excited to be doing this exercise!

How's your progress? My SW was 236.4lb on 9/8/22 and today 10/4/22 I weighed in at 229.0lb! Its not as much progress as I had wanted on the scale but I definitely feel more stamina and stronger, and my pants aren't as tight lol. I have been eating better but not as good as I could because I still want to enjoy pizza night and other meals with my family lol.

Hey Jo, I’ve been doing your workouts everyday for a month now. I feel more energy but that’s the only thing that has changed. I’be only lost a pound and feeling a little discouraged. But I’m just trying to stay consistent and positive that it takes time. I’m drinking lots of water and I’m counting calories right now to just watch how much I’m eating. I’m putting a lot of good stuff in, just I’m an overeater. I’ve really put in a lot of hard work and hard effort with each exercise and to only see a lb gone, just discouraging.
Omg! Same! Been doing Jo’s videos for about 3.5 weeks and my belly still looks 5 months pregnant, I’m 6 PP, maybe! A little smaller but I am staying consistent. 4-5 videos a week. I give myself a rest day, eat plenty protein but my weight hasn’t dropped yet. Imma keep it pushing though.
Loved this workout!!! I needed something quick and focused this morning, and this was it! Encouragement to any others out there with bad knees like me- just modify it a bit. Some of the quicker moves, I slowed down and concentrated on form and getting tension in the muscles rather than speed. ❤️

Girl im recovering from covid and this was my 1st workout. I had to pause after 7 mins but i pushed through and finished it. This kicked my butt like all your other wrkouts but its what i signed up for. Your workouts are always a good measure of physical fitness. If you can complete a jo workout then your fitness isnt that bad lol. Thank you for the love and motivation jo! ❤️
Start slowly after covid
I took a “break” for three months because I’m pregnant and had little to no energy in my first trimester. Now that I’m in my second I started working out to your videos this week. I had to modify a lot of the workouts but my key point was DO NOT stop moving. 30 minutes was hard as I’m not used to it as I was before the pregnancy, but I feel proud of myself. I love your workouts.
I burn 264 calories with this work (I'm 5'9 210lb). Jo please please do more workout with this format I loved it

I have been doing your 3 mile (50min) workout for a while but this 30 min workout made me sweat like hell 💦 n I didn’t sweat this much while doing 3 mile. Loved it.
After 12 mins my mind was like give up but I didn’t and completed whole workout. Next day my whole body was in pain. This one is a killer workout n its working for me.

It was my 5th day of restarting my workout after months!
- (1st) last Monday I did 'Doja Cat vs Lizzo' and '12 min fat burn, drop inches' videos, along with some self- made workouts.
Tuesday BREAK
- (2nd) last Wednesday I did my own stuff
Thursday BREAK
-(3rd) last Friday I did ' 12 min country dance workout' and around 18 mins for this '30 mins cardio'
- (4th) last Saturday, could only go with 13-14 mins of this '30 mins cardio'
Sunday BREAK
-(5th) Today is Monday and I after 15 mins of dancing, I completed this full video with 5-6 breaks in between.

I’m currently dealing with shoulder and knee injuries, so I had to do some modifications. Even so, I burned 230 active calories (291 total calories), with an average heart rate of 149 bpm. I’m 47 years old, 5’3” tall, and weigh 207 pounds (and dropping). Thank you!!!!!

If you are feeling up to it ladies try switching it up by jogging on the spot instead of walking, it further increases the intensity. I was off since Thursday because of a neck sprain and I woke up today with less pain and decided to show up. Thank you so much Jo 💝
