Actually you need both the shovel and metal detector to find fossils which makes absolutely no sense but it’s rockstar so…🤷🏻♂️
I kinda does make sense cause if you find a fossil with the metal detector how are you supposed to dig it up without a shovel

Almost all of the collectibles, not including cards, eggs, or antique bottles, are in random locations. You could save your money and time by just grinding the ones that aren’t.
If you have the money and time go for it though.
I can never find them all! I always dig up all of them, but still don't get any in my inventory. I've already found 6 more delicious fossils, but I'm still at 4 out of 7
Tarot cards, alcohol, and flowers are the holy trinity especially for 3x money month imo
Very useful tips indeed... I just got the collector role, barely at rank 3 or 4 and I was wondering if it's worth or if I need the shovel or not... I don't have it yet and I'm just chasing cards and liquor bottles now... I got one egg once just 'cause I've seen it with the dead eye in the vicinity, but mostly I'm chasing cards... when I'm not hunting for the trader...
Just do the 2 highest paying card sets which is pentacles and swords I think and also collect the family heirlooms instead of the alcohol bottles
@@JS97. yeah, well I don't really chase the liquor bottles, I often find them looting enemies, especially during a bounty job... I mainly look for cards, and indeed the family heirlooms too, but I don't turn in full collections, as I don't have the patience to complete the collection/s... but I have often 2-3-4 of the same card, and I sell them, keeping the last one for the collection, hoping I will complete it eventually...
in truth, I don't have much patience to complete a full collection, so I just sell whatever cards I have as a surplus, so to speak... I don't really like grinding, in fact, I kind of hate it, so I'm having a hard time grinding for a full collection, but I sell bits and pieces, which I know is not the best way to do it, but hey, it is what it is... I have ADD and I can't focus for too long on one single activity or task...which I why I'm low-level, but it's OK, I enjoy the scenery and the horseback riding feeling...

But even so at $300 reward is too much work for me at least for too little rewards... which is the trademark of R* logic...if you want to enjoy without spending real money then do the grinding...if you don't like grinding, like me, I don't, then open your wallet buy gold bars (Shark cards in GTAO) so you can have fun with the game...R* logic...

Guys don't waste your money on the Level 20 horses. Buy one of the last 4 Mustangs in the multi section. They're $450 cheaper with basically the same stats with no level requirements

Not at all, the tarot cards take about 1-1 and a half hours to complete and give more than enough money I just grind those

How do you buy the horse though, i've reached collector rank 20 unlocked all the things but can't see the horse anywhere in the stable or at madam nezar
You unlock him using the blue coins then go to stable and buy him.

Don’t go to dig sites waste of time just do tarot cards and bottles easily make 1000$ in a day doing just those sets
Using the stable stat's in regards to the saddle's is total bullshit. Both the Upland and the Nacho show via the games menu, player, horse, saddle the real stat's. And when comapred to that of the Mckinley, are no where nearly being better. The Mckinley via the menu, player, horse, saddle shows both percentage in decrease to be that of 34%. The Upland and the Nacho, show only that of 18 and 20% decrease.
Adding all of the percentages from the two via the saddle and the one from the stirup's. Anything more than 100% total, gives a false positive. Meaning for example having a total using all three percentage of say 110%. The actual decrease is that of 90%.
In the six year's this game has been available via pc, there's never been a time where the stable stat's are the actual stat's vs the stat's shown in the menu, player, horse saddle area.
The only horse worth spending money on is arabian. All others are...
Different horses have different abilities, bigger horses can stow animals and have no problem, lighter horses have more control but slow down abit with animals stowed
The newer Mustangs are quite good since they have lvl 10 stamina and health
The Arabian is overrated af. Also it looks like a silly little circus pony.
