    Practice for day 6 done! I love this one. It never feels like 50 minutes to me. What I have been meaning to say before, Marina: I miss the intro! I love it when the "old" videos start with the beautiful beautiful intro. 💖 It sets the mood for me. 😍 Hope you're enjoying your weekend!

    The best part in practicing with you are the real lessons. You don't fake things. You actually teach the same way a mother teaches her child with full attention and affection. The positivity your heart holds is clear in your teaching.
    The sequence was amazing as always.
    My back felt a little tired but I did it, without resting in mid today.
    Although this is the last day of challange, but it's a new start to our practices. I'm glad I found you Marina. I'm blessed to have you. I'll love to practice with you every single day.

    Day 17...one of my favorites! Very nice routine, good building up and great towards the end to feel the progression and to be able to stay more relaxed in the pigeon position. Also a big thank you Marina for your wonderful guidance through this routine. I try to do this routine more because I really feel the difference in my 'stiff' hips. So glad I found your practices! x

    My hips and legs feel amazing after this practice. Thank you Marina, you put a lot of effort in these videos. I'm so glad I participated and completed this challenge. Sometimes I was so lazy but still did my yoga and it always felt good and restored my energy.

      I was a professional tennis player from 8 to 17 years old and then I did swimming. I had a lot of flexibility, but then I only bike and walk and because of my profession ... in front of the machine all the time.

    Each of your
    lessons is beautiful and this one has really relaxed and melted me.
    One of the things that I love the most about your lessons is that in so many videos you offer variations to every single exercise so that everyone can try it, whatever their level. Also you do not erase the small
    imperfections of your own practice and allow us to see that even a good teacherlike you can lose balance, be out of breath and fatigued. this makes your lessons more encouraging and more true

    In the end I had to do this practice this morning! I hadn't done it in a while but still it felt much more accessible this time...everyday practice really pays off.
    Funny thing, even if my belly is growing fast, yesterday 2 people told me that seems like I lost weight😅

    Challenge complete!!! Loving the cracking sound of my hip and the socks part! A good reason to bring out those colorful socks!🥳 When you said "I'll be quiet" during the butterfly pose, I was like NOOO, your talking helps my mind to get distracted from the intense feeling in the pose, and has calming effect as well! Anyway, this sequence is amazing, it includes the active mobility that are rare to be found here. Thank you!! Looking forward to trying out other videos!

    Challenge week 1 day 6 done! This was a perfect video to end the week...really helped with some soreness I was feeling from previous days! Those active 90/90 and pigeon poses were amazing!     Day 6 challenge done!! Another great class, there's many stretching class online but yours are so different with active mobility, strengthening and passive stretching.. Am getting the benefits from all.. I'm always kinda flexible and often do not engage the muscle when doing certain pose, so I always don't really get the benefits of the pose.. Now I'm more in control of my muscle and have more awareness when doing the stretches after following you a month plus, almost 2 months.. Thanks Marina!

    Wuuuhuuu!!! Day 6 of week 4 done (Saturday)!!!! I truly loved today’s practice!!! I felt each and every stretch!!! This was such an amazing practice choice to end the #PRANAMATCHALLENGE and the week!!! It feels like a “cliffhanger”!!!🤣
    In reflection: I’m so so so so HAPPY!! I feel so alive, so happy inside-out and accomplished; nevertheless, I’m not done with yoga!!! 🧘‍♀️🥰
    I’m even happier because during this process, I was able to influence not just my friend but also Bill, my long time partner (TOTALLY unexpected!!) to practice as well! 🤩 Today (Sunday), I was caught by surprise as I walked in to Bill practicing by himself!!! My ❤️ is smiling!!!😍
    Thank you Marina, for your hard work and dedication! The time and thought you put in to filming the classes, editing, choosing the background view and sound, the schedules… OMG PLUS the things I don’t have idea you do for the videos!!! You are an Angel!!!

    Looove this practice 😍 this is the first ever hip flow class that Marina uploaded, could never forget that day, after this beautiFul practice, I easily lowered all the way down towards my splits 😍 it was the 24th of October, so this video is almost one year old💙 and still feels as wonderful as ever✨

    Day 6 done ! These exercises just made my glootes and buts so very active ! and I really got to know how tight my butts were , I'll try doing these exercises every day in order for better legs and buts !

    AMAZING PRACTICEEEE!! i enjoyed so much, my hips works in all ways, love how can i do my pigeon pose each time better, i believe today more than before that with this discipline we can achieve all , great experience to do this challenge.

    I usually don't choose hip opener sequence in the morning because my body is so stiff and not fully awake. But this just perfect like you said. I went straight this at 5.30 a.m. Felt good and energized. Thanks Marina!

    Omg I love you for that. I think I might do this flow more often since I always feared the wheel pose cause I couldn't get into it without hurting myself haha. Now I know how I can build up my strength slowly and maybe reach that goal one day 😍✨
