Week 3 Day 6 done!!!! Best slow deep hip stretches flow ever!!!!! My favourite part is lizard to wide pyramid, Skandasana to lizard and circle leg from lizard to half split! This is the yummiest hip stretches flow, I keep coming back to this when my hips are tight or just want to stretch it out! Thanks Marina!! Happy weekend!!
I love this practice, stretching out the hips actively and passively! Only my hips were pretty tight today. 🤷♀️ Not their day I guess. And just like that I finished week 3 of the intermediate schedules for the challenge. 😳🥳💃 I'm so HAPPY! Can't wait to start week 4 tomorrow!

Week 4 Day 3 done! I just wanted to say, Thank you so much Marina for all the efforts you put in your videos!! Because of you, My stretching routines have become very better, I can feel a lot of difference in my self & very importantly I'm started to become flexible, & so I'm very glad about it:)) All the sesh give quite a burn but that also makes me challenge to not give up for the upcoming sesh!!!
I am so far off the ground in the sholei pose and my foot is so close to my thighs in the pigeon pose! Despite this resistance from my body, I have a big smile on my face and my hips are wiggling happily. Have a good weekend Marina!

Thank you Marina for this feel good video, that pigeon twist was sooo challenging and pleasurable at the same time!!
