    Dearest Marina. As a good landscape photographer I can only congratulate you on the excellent choice of the context of the lesson. The lotus flowers around you are wonderful!
    As for the flow, I love doing harmstrings streches and I loved this video and it gave me a sense of absolute peace.

In my professional life I am an Educator and I take care of disabled children.. So yo could understand how is important for me yoga: it is a very good things to free my mind! 😌

    First week of yoga challenge is completed! And this is the best video ever to end the practice. I strongly recommend it to everybody who wishes to improve forward fold because you'll have the best stretch for getting it!

    Day 5 of Yoga challenge. Hamstrings in my body is something that hard to stretch, and easy to have a regress. This sequence is very nice for my tight hamstrings. Thank you, Marina!

    Fiy my life has been a marathon this days. Finally time to comment☺️.
    I did it yesterday and I couldn’t have asked for better practice. It was so relaxing. Enjoyed the background,the music, the stretches. Oh and my hamstrings were really happy. I guess it would be one of those videos to do it often! Thank you for this great practice🙏🏻

    Day 3 (workout 1) challenge done!!!!! This is purely hamstring heaven=) i don’t find a lot of video just based on hamstring, this is such a good video! I have a pretty flexible hamstring but tight and I always can’t feel my hamstring stretching doing a lot of the hamstring poses..but I can feel my hamstring stretches in this practice!! My hammies feel so happy now! Thanks Marina!!!

    I can't wait to do this one. I got heat rash on my feet and waiting for it to heal so I can move around and not irritate it.

    Challenge day 26 started! I was very happy to see such peaceful deep stretch practices scheduled today since I'm very sleep deprived. I had to skip Tuesday and tried to make up for it yesterday but couldn't for that reason 🙁 But I'm happy to be back on the mat today for some stretching!

    True it was a gentle flexibility class but it was effective enough to stretch my legs for a front split at the end 😍💖✨ I loved the forward folds exercises so much!!

    Doing my Day 3 today, I hope that is ok! Hamstrings are stretched and I’m sure I’ll feel this tomorrow in just the right way :) Your videos make me feel so much better afterwards.

      Hello Shavonna !!! Thank you very much for taking time to leave me a message !! I appreciate it ! hmmmmm...I would say that you will benefit more from keeping your practice more diverse. You can do this video 2-3 times a week. But you might also enjoy shoulder stretches, backbends and a little strength ! It will be much better for your body !
