Loved this flow Paula :-) I was wondering whether you would be interested in making a video for menstrual pain yoga? As someone that has endometriosis I’m always on the lookout for things to soothe that tight pain and letting surrender take place a bit more x
I wouldn't call this an "evening" practice. It had too much core and constant flowing. Definetly more yang than yin and left me wide awake. Not a bad class, but definetly not what I'd expect from an "evening" practice.
For me, it fits very well to activate core and back as slightly as here. It’s a good way for me to release some tension without getting the heartbeat up too much. But I guess everyone’s needs are different :-)
