    What a relief, thank you very much. I really appreciate the silence during the postures, it let's me relax in the moment, and the cold water visualisation helps a lot, as I can't stand warmth during migraine attacks. Question, are you familiar with tinnitus, maybe, and could those relaxing practices be used for tinnitus relief, I mean as far that's possible...? Or do you happen to have another appropriate class for tinnitus relief? That would be great :) Thanks in advance xx

      You're so welcome, I'm happy to hear that it helped. From the Ayurvedic perspective, migraines are related to trapped heat. That may be a simplification but I find it helpful to keep in mind to cool the body and mind. Unfortunately, I don't have a class specifically for Tinnitus relief, but I would recommend Vata balancing classes. Most yin yoga practices balance Vata dosha, because they are grounding. Love your style of teaching, your calm voice, your explanation of what is happening, and it is nice with no background music or intro or outro music!     I didn’t have a wall I could do at the end that was close enough so I used a block under my lower back area. I believe that would be the same?
