We recently lost our son at 34. So many waves of emotion but so much love reciprocated to us. This healing meditation was just what I needed - I was feeling alone. This allowed me to reach into my heart and acknowledge all these feelings so I can accept them and begin healing. ❤️🩹 Thank you for sharing the love and light ❤
I usually don’t cry in my yoga practices, but tonight I bawled. I know the collective has been feeling heavy as we transition into December and that’s been reassuring to know it’s not all my own. Riding the wave. Tonight I felt like a thick layer worked through me. Each position made me cry or my heart ache for different reasons. I yawned a lot, tiredness showing itself. Tired of carrying the weight, pain and heaviness over and over. It felt like you held so much space to release in this session. I understand the healing side of yoga. Thank you as always. This session was Divine

My soul was telling me to slow down today and cherish and nourish yourself, your soul and I found this video. I had tears when I bawled up with my hands on my knees.. I felt so connected to my body and soul and how much I love myself and my energy.

I wasn't able to cry for more than one year, but the moment this class started, tears were falling on my cheeks and my neck.
