@moot _ Not at all. Sony RX100 IV is so overhyped. Extremely expensive and image quality isn't significantly better than P950. Most of the cameras in this video aren't even superzoom.

I/2.3" sensor vs 1" sensor: - I really think Camera companies that are still have compact cameras within their lines should a least offer product starting with a 1" sensor. (1", MFT, 1.5", APSC, FF) - 1" sensor should shut down the false debate if yes or no smartphones are better than digital cameras. Smartphones offer fast connectivity, accessibility, or certain freedoms but they cannot replace devices dedicated to take photographs: Digital Cameras. - I understand the 1/2.3" sensor for the #P950: a compromise between focal range and body size. But no excuse for not having a touchscreen and 20MP? - Ok for other 1/2.3" sensor specialized cameras like: Ricoh WG series, Olympus Tough, Fuji FinePix... My hope is... #Canon #Powershot #G3XMII : 4k, built-in EVF, a body like the EOS RP with fixed lens. I loved my canon sx720 hs 40x zoom. I've not sold it any ideas which would be my next upgrade camera. I loved my 40x zoom optical. But now require a camera with 40x zoom and 4k camera zoom optical too? Suggestions please

Nikon Coolpix p1000 is far away the best!!!
Not in my opinion. Yes it has the greatest zoom but it doesn't take the best pictures.
Picture clarity sucks. Buy a low budget telescope instead
P1000 has shocking quality. It's stupidly big so you can't just take it around with you on a day to day basis. And it's stupidly priced
