Hey mate, nope this is a one and done camera. The only other item you might get outside of your usual accessories is a macro lens like the Raynox 250, otherwise this is straight outta the box
The curve calculator says at 55 miles away you shouldn’t even see the top of that mountain, seems like you see the whole thing. Either you’re above 627 meters yourself, or we’ve all been lied to .
Base on this, you can see subtle black since there is a fog so can try again at another location that the air is dry, so no moisture to block your view, so can do again at maxiam view, so no block, since there is subtle black, then if there is no fog, that means you can see higher details, so the camera is equal to or little higher than your highest viewing, so not beyond that. So, you can see far away without camera that is 93 KM but it is small but you can see it. Would be nice to extend the view that is way beyond 93 KM, so beyond the smallest or small of details from biggest to small, and beyond that. So, to double or fraction the extend of human horizon which is 93 KM / 57 miles in diameter. The ratio of 627 M height that is meter to 93 KM, so the human horizon is 148.3253588516746, so almost 150 times. So, an object that is 1 inches, and 150 times later that is equal 150 inches which convert to 12.5 feet. Well, I test, so can see 150 times. So, using that zoom to see the moon to make moon big, that is 150 times since we can see the moon that is bigger than size of subtle black that we see without zoom, so if it is clear as no moisture, then it is bit smaller or equal to moon that we see at smallest. So, the furthest we can see is 150 times, so that means in term of math base on distance to diameter of an object must match in parallel to expand per second. So, if too far, and expand is too slow, so can't see if expand time is too low, if there is more expand time, then you can see, so take time to get there if the zoom can go further. The point base on math to justify the reality that make sense. It has been a while and it would be nice there is much higher zoom than this one at least further than human can see at smallest object, so fraction or double humans' average horizontal line.
Hey Khalif, I hear what you are saying but this is an island so chances for finding areas with our humidity are a little low. That being said there are plenty of other zoom videos here😀😅

@@jairuzz1 1/4 of the mountain is visible. The bottom isn't visible because the water is blocking it. Anyway, do you have proof you can see the actual bottom?
very nice. with an earth curvature calculator you have the horizon at 42km and a hidden target of 208 metres. still I can see the water in front of the mountain. so where is the curvature? ;)
...you should analyze what you just wrote mate. With that calculation the water is the only thing making the horizon, you still can see the mountain because of its size compared to the angle of the curvature, making the difference (between the horizon and the start of the land) almost imperceptible. You should also count the height that the camera is.
instead of defend globe and NASA story, I recommend to question everything. there are plenty of videos like that, showing no curvature, no tilt, even with further distances. All optical phenomenons that make you assume a curved surface are perspective. the P1000 reveals perfectly that we do not live on a ball. and there is even more proof, a lot of more experiments are available. research it. the earths surface is not curved, it's flat. cheers
@@backyardproductions9589 "question everything" i agree with you on that. But instead of chasing for calculations ( and somehow managing to distort it ) and "proofs" without any scientific thesis trying to prove an outdated model, my questions began with already proven thesis and calculations ( those being the fundamental stuff that you probably learned in highschool ), and the consequence of those calculations being the fundamental proof of *that* being *it* . THAT IS without considerating the MASSIVE amount of images... but i digress. no matter how much we try you will not gather the proof as... well... Proof. Dude, instead of believing in something and trying to prove it by disproving another material, and based on that create a whole different thesis, start with the *2+2* Sorry, that also is... somehow... a lie, right? Also sorry dude, but if you really think that i "defend" some organization based only on the common belief- i mean- *common sense* and use it as the principal matter to prove that im wrong, know that if someone at Samsung, or at Ford, or some national brand here like Brastemp said that 2+2 is 4, that DOES NOT MEAN ITS WRONG. Idk if you're american or not, because those guys really live inside a bubble but stop with that alienated belief of "organizations and companies are fighting agains my freedom!!!1!1! And because of it everything, even the most fundamental stuff is wrong!!!! why? because of yes, source? I made it UP based on this random stuff someone wrote two millenia ago". You've included the digital zoom as part of the 'max range'. As we see here, once you've reached the end of the optical zoom, digitally zooming in further looks like crap. Keeping it to just the optical portion would give people a better idea of how good, or not, the actual lens is. We can all zoom in further in editing.
I am surprised no one questioned why Mt Hubson is fully visible since 100km away is about 700m bellow the horizont according to official earth radius. Crazy.
Hey Varsha, detail starts go after about 15 kilometres ( check out my multi zoom tests) this was this more to show the maximum distance you could get to and still make anything out.
Giver the Pythagorean formula for calculating roundness of the earth .. at 50miles out we should see about 2000ft of curvature… do you guys see that ? I don’t either … i don’t this this place is what they tell us
A lot of users like to take it with them for wildlife photography, it’s big but with just the one lens it’s a lot easier to get out in a hurry. I like it for zoom videos ( kinda obvious) but also cityscapes from high vantage points.
I checked the coordinates. The height of the observation deck is 115 meters. The height of the mountain object is 606 meters. According to the planetary calculator, this mountain should have completely disappeared over the horizon at a distance of 73 km! This video proves that the Earth is not spherical.... Or casts doubt on the true size of the planet. According to my calculations, the diameter of our planet is about 36,000 km ...
Hey Nonnof, unfortunately I dont control the weather (working on it) but important to note that at the distance the quality will definitely start to falter. Side note I think it was rain not fog, to late in the day for fog.
@@joeydeacon7888 The procedure itself is possible to do in any environment, I suppose. However, the question here is the flat horizon captured by a huge distance. The real facts can't fool us, questionable NASA theories can.
The amount of people that took this video as a proof to an outdated and proven countless times wrong model is astounishing. "You can hardly win a discussion against a intelligent person, but never against a fool" sadly.

Hey Hamid, all my videos are on Auto focus buddy but I think I know what you are talking about, when you zoom in and you are already filming it won’t focus at the end of your zoom right? The curve calculator says at 55 miles away you shouldn’t even see the top of that mountain, seems like you see the whole thing. Either you’re above 627 meters yourself, or we’ve all been lied to .
dizzib.github.io/earth/curve-calc/?d0=93&h0=125&unit=metric
That’s what I’m saying , average curve of 6 feet every 3.1 miles , 55 miles away you shouldn’t see the peak , let alone the entire thing
Im searching for that comment and i think we've been lied to

It has been a while and it would be nice there is much higher zoom than this one at least further than human can see at smallest object, so fraction or double humans' average horizontal line.

at 93km the curvature should be 678.77km. Considering the initial elevation of 135m we should be seeing only 83m of mountain's summit.
Eye height: 135m
Target distance: 93km
Target elevation: 627m
With that information, using a Earth Curve Calculator, we get:
Horizon distance: 41km
Target hidden height: 208m
Target visible height: 419m
So, we are seeing 419m of elevation out of 627m of the target (Great Barrier Island).

@@jairuzz1 1/4 of the mountain is visible. The bottom isn't visible because the water is blocking it. Anyway, do you have proof you can see the actual bottom?

I gotcha covered buddy, th-cam.com/video/2EhFnJnIcPE/w-d-xo.html
very nice. with an earth curvature calculator you have the horizon at 42km and a hidden target of 208 metres. still I can see the water in front of the mountain. so where is the curvature? ;)
...you should analyze what you just wrote mate. With that calculation the water is the only thing making the horizon, you still can see the mountain because of its size compared to the angle of the curvature, making the difference (between the horizon and the start of the land) almost imperceptible. You should also count the height that the camera is.
Like, only a small amount of the mountain is hidden
instead of defend globe and NASA story, I recommend to question everything. there are plenty of videos like that, showing no curvature, no tilt, even with further distances.
THAT IS without considerating the MASSIVE amount of images... but i digress.
no matter how much we try you will not gather the proof as...
well...
Proof.
Dude, instead of believing in something and trying to prove it by disproving another material, and based on that create a whole different thesis, start with the *2+2*
Sorry, that also is... somehow...
a lie, right?
Because you guys pray on the belief of freedom, but live inside a bubble of made up stuff without any proof and worse, made up freedom.
Want freedom? God already gave you, but you know what else He also gave you? A mind.
Use it, stop with that fantasized reality based on capitalism and the "companies" and "america" and "television" and "real truth"

You've included the digital zoom as part of the 'max range'. As we see here, once you've reached the end of the optical zoom, digitally zooming in further looks like crap. Keeping it to just the optical portion would give people a better idea of how good, or not, the actual lens is. We can all zoom in further in editing.
This is the cameras digital zoom not anything added post, I want people to understand the cameras limitation for both optical and digital.
