Every time I think about the final performance in Your Lie in April, I get that tight feeling in the back of my throat (the one that usually happens just before you cry). Something about the fact that Kaori wasn’t actually there but we could still see her playing alongside Kousei and giving it her all really gets to me. And actually, thinking about her letter in the end gets me emotional too. The whole thing is a masterpiece tbh
