Sorry bro thats never going to happen People will be more vegetarian in future which means meat consumption will go down but veganism will never going to be successful globally
Superb interview! Very smooth communication between the two of you. This video lives upto the wait. What I liked the most about this interview is that neither Akshat nor Shivam tried to speak over each other, and that made the conversation seem pretty seamless and facilitated the discussion of deeper ideas. You two look like long lost brothers :)
😇अहिंसा परमो धर्म 😇 ahiṃsā paramo dharma (“non-harm is the HIGHEST religious principle” or “non-violence is the GREATEST law”). Therefore, only a strict VEGAN can claim to be an adherent of the eternal religion (sanātana dharma).🌱
2 things. This is a very intelligent and instructional video that many vegan businesses in North America need to see. At any stage of their development. Secondly, the North American Vegan Cheese Market needs to learn from this as it's the biggest weakness not only in our food but also acts like a weak crutch that many omnivores use again us activists. We have our work to do but our food market has theirs too.
Can't we try reaching out and convince Ratan tata sir, coz he is the only one who I think can invest too much just because of the cause...but yeah yeah need to make him aware about the ethics of veganism
There are TWO reasons why vegans comprise a fraction of one percent of the population: The main reason is due to humans’ failure to care about what they put into their own bodies - as long as it tastes good, who gives a damn about the consequences to one’s own health, or to the ethical concerns regarding other creatures or the environment? The other reason is due to vegan advocates and animal rights activists being inept in their understanding of morality, as well as their abysmal grasp of human physiology. Almost every single vegan activist I know of, wrongly believes that we are omnivores, and they are CLUELESS in respect to metaethics and applied ethics. However, this is not the most unfortunate thing about the matter. The saddest thing is, that there is hardly a single vegan activist willing to spend even a single hour or so, in order to study proper diet and meta-ethics with the current World Teacher Himself, Jagadguru Svāmī Vegānanda, despite him freely offering to do so on his social media platforms. 😩
Such a great suggestion! We all as a vegan community go and talk to him . Day by day people are turning monsters . I am from Assam and a vegan so I highly recommend to take such initiative.
Thank you! This was insightful. I might have to reference this video if I decide to start something similar. For now I'm going to focus my energy on outreach. Thank you for being inspiring!
i thoroughly enjoy your podcast sm!! all the discussions bring something new to the table, always interesting and informative!! I hope veganday gets successful and this world becomes vegan sooner and sooner!
Hey I'm an teenager who's trying to become vegan.. But as you know in indian household it's quite difficult... But I'm trying my best to quit dairy products or any sort of animal products .. But when i try to talk to my friends about quitting animal products i get made fun of and say " Mai tab aur zyada chicken khaunga ".. Atleast I'll make sure to convert 4-5 people vegan.
Great Podcast, one suggestion though regarding the subtitles please proof read them once before uploading. Some words are wrong in the subs like Trans instead of Plants in 49:59 . Great work and keep promoting veganism for a better world👍
Thanks for the feedback...Subs are mostly generated and we just edit a few words which we catch or if context is skewed...It is an additional step. Will keep in mind :)
Good point raised at 17:30 Great interview again, probably need more such companies who can start with something but then do more R&D to bring better product at a cheaper price.
Vegan day marketing looks good. Need to do soy milk and also make baby/children formulas- then the vegan day can start young as well and bring on the next generation. How do we connect with this hardworking guy if we want to invest and help grow his company
We need someone to be able to ferment from yeast casein protein and whey protein, add calcium some fat and water and boom you have vegan bioidentical milk that can be fed back into the typical yogurt cheese supply chains
@@voiceofvegans I asked about it on yesterday's live stream 🤭. I asked to do a podcast with voice of vegan and Suresh Vyas in which he replied we are already planning...
I wanted to know whether I will get any problems with vegan diet during pregnancy. Please suggest a good app to track my calorie intake as i am afraid i will not be able to consume enough calories during pregnancy. I hv recently started following a vegan lifestyle and I am feeling good and want to follow it throughout my life
hi! as long as you are getting all the nutrients, no problem. The big problem will be people around telling you otherwise including relatives and maybe even doctors (due to their non exposure to pb diet nutrition aspect) - I think what will really help if you have a vegan community and someone who has successfully managed a pregnancy as a vegan. Can you dm veganindiamovement on instagram. They can get you added to relevant group. - PS one of our vegan friends have successfully given birth to a baby girl.
@@voiceofvegans thanks a lot. Will do some research on that. Will try to get ideas from the vegan community. But sadly most of my friends and family here are non vegetarian. Its very difficult to make them understand. I am from north-east. If possible conduct some seminars here too as most of the people are non veg in this region. The more exposure to veganism, the better understanding they will have.
