I truly believe obtaining large glutes is in genetics, my mom who is half Caucasian has a very large behind, she didn’t pass the gene down to me, my glutes wont grow no matter what I do.
This is a great start! Do this for at least a month. You don’t have to push too hard as you could get muscle soreness. Days after. Make sure you warm up and even resting in the squat position will help with joints, and opening up hips for dynamic movement.
