    요즘 살이 많이쪄서 별의 별것 영상들을 내려보던중 MIZI님 영상이 눈에 띄어서 보게되었는데 3일 조금 했더니 1키로 빠졌어요! 효과가 조금있는거 같아요ㅎㅎ지금은 일주일에 3번씩 하고 있답니당!
    겁나 열나게 하니까 부모님이 옆에서 살 많이 빠졌다고 하시더라구요!! 지금은 3키로 빠진채로 몇일간 유지중이 랍니다! 효과 짱이에요!ㅎㅎㅎ감사합니다

    요즘 티비로 보면서 매일 선생님의 스트레칭과 해당 영상 운동을 하고 있어요! 다이어트 목표로 둔 건 아니고 그냥 운동 살짝 해보자 하는 마음으로 따라해서 그런지 요즘 생활에 활력이 붙는다는 느낌이 확실히 들어요. 오늘도 맛있는 거 많이 먹고 열심히 따라했구요ㅎㅎ 정말 덕분에 행복하고 활력이 넘치는 나날을 보내고 있다는 사실을 알려드리고 싶어서 휴대폰으로 들어와 댓글을 남깁니다💖 좋은 영상 감사해요 !!!

    매일 점심먹고 20분 뒤에 이 운동해주고잇어요 밥 먹고 가벼운 운동해주는게 염증에 좋다고해서요 서서하는 운동 위주로 올려주셔서 점심시간 짬운동으로 너무 좋은 영상들입니다 감사합니다

    아파트라서 층간소음도 걱정인데다가 운동도 거의 안한 몸뚱아리인데 그런걱정 할 필요 없이 조금만 하면 따라해지네요👍👍 매트 두개깔고 하니 층간소음도 걱정 덜하고 영상 넘 감사해용~ 살이 넘 쪄서 걱정 했는데 매일 복부15분영상+뱃살15분영상+간단한유산소운동7분 영상 하고 있어용!

    쌤,감사감사해용,2주째 15분.20분.뱃살바이바이 이렇게 따라하다보니 체중은 크게 변화가 없는데 라인이 잡히는것 같아요.몸도 가볍고 땀 흠뻑 쏟아내고나면 기분이 최고예요 ~♡♡♡

    아 서서하는 복근운동 16분짜리 비기너영상도.. 하면서 난 분명 뱃살 털러왔는데..하체가 털리더니 얘는 더더더 하체가 털려버렸어요... 끝에 두동작은 너무 어려워서.. 비기너동작응용해서 한점...^^ 했다는것에 의의를 두고 mizi님 영상은 너무 시끄럽지도 정신사납지도 않아서 정말 제 스타일입니다 :-)

    미지님 안녕하세요!
    복근, 유산소, 댄스, 워밍업등 40분-1시간정도 하면서 한달동안 3kg정도 감량했어요!
    너무 쉬운 운동들은 시간에 비해 살이 잘 안빠지고 강도가 쎈 운동들은 작심삼일이 대부분이여서 끈기있게 운동해본적이 없는데
    미지님 운동은 적당한 강도에 운동한 느낌이 확실히 나서 개운하고 좋아요 ㅎㅎ
    물론 식이 조절도 살짝 했지만 먹고싶은 음식 먹은후 운동하고 자면 다음날에 금방 돌아왔어요!
    보통체중이라 체중감량이 쉽진않지만 이번여름 군살없는 몸매를 위해 미지님 영상보고 운동 많이해볼게요
    앞으로도 서서운동하는 영상 자주 올려주세용

    쌤의 쉬운동작 1달 해보고 두번째달은 이 운동 한달 해봅니다 군살이 많이 정리되구 근력과 근육이 많이 증가했어요 50넘어 운동 지속적으로는 처음 해봅니다

    복근 운동만 하면 목 통증 때문에 며칠씩 병원 다녀야 했는데 목에 무리 안가는 복근 운동 너무 좋아요~

    일단 이 영상을 보며 운동을 한지가 12일째 입니다
    물론 식단도 병행 하구있구요 다만 꾸준하게 오래 할생각이여서 금방 요요올것같은 식단은 안하구있어요
    MIZI님 영상은 집중도 잘되구 말씀은 없으시지만 천천히 동작을 정확하게 따라하려고 노력합니다
    개인 피티를 받는게 아니라서 집에서 홈트를 한다는것은 엄청난 자기와의 싸움이더라구요 동작이 아무리힘들고 옆에
    사람이 없다구 해도 끝까지 할려고 노력합니다 12일째 마지막으로 몸무게보다는 전체적인 몸사이즈를 체크했는데
    전보다 많이 줄어있더라구요 물론 엄청나게 드라마틱 하진 않지만 MIZI 영상 ㅠㅠ 사랑합니다 크흐.. 맨처음 할때 아니 말도 없으시고
    언제까지 하시지? 하면서 헥헥거리던 저의 모습이 생각 나네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    진심 매일 매일 영상 보고 운동하구있어요!! 욕심이라면 체중이 나가는 편이라 체지방을 태울수있는 유산소 운동 구성이 더있었음 좋겠어요 흐흐 개인적인 욕심이였습니다

    서서하는 등운동-> 앉아서 하는 스트레칭-> 지금 보는 복근운동
    순으로 하고있어요!! 하체에 비해 상체 근육이 너무 없어서 저 순서로 하는데 진짜 다하고나면 땀나요💦

      안녕하세요! 칼로리소모량은 사람마다 달라서 정확하게 말씀드리기가 어려운데요,
      대략적으로 이 영상은 한번따라하실때 70~100 정도 소모하실수있습니다 :)
