Dexys - This Is What She's Like - that's my favourite Dexys song - I brought the album for a Pound in a Woolworth's bargain bucket when I was a student - the best bargain of my life... Great to see Kevin looking and sounding so mighty fine.
The original recording of this on 'Don't Stand Me Down' and the live version of 'Let's Make This Precious' recorded at The Shaftesbury Theatre and released on the VHS Video 'The Bridge' have to be two of the finest pieces of 'Soul/Pop' music ever made...Kevin Rowland's Soul soaring 'ad libs' at the end of 'This Is What She's Like' was like hearing the sound of a man truly in pure beautiful righteous love...magical X
¡Cuánta agua ha pasado bajo el puente tendido por Kevin Rowland! Gracias por persistir y por mantener viva esta estremecedora canción. Larga vida a los Dexys!
Glastonbury is now mostly over the top razzmatazz, i loved watching this, great stuff,Kevins voice sounds more soulful than ever.I hope they tour with this pure entertainment.
Kevin is great, band is thin without guitars, bass. Saw the show in Lillyhammer😁 last year. Nice but a cheap version of the band. 2003 and 2012 fantastic bands.
Absolutely awesome song I’ve been a big fan of Dexy’s Midnight Runners for a number of years now and there still an amazing band

Oh my god this is amazing . Hoping to see a US tour from Dexys in the near future
They tried last year, but cancelled due to low ticket sales. They might have to tour with another artist in the US. I hope they make it over as well.
Damn that voice!! Awesome !
Just awesome x👍 just blows me away, been a fan from 8 yr old, 51 and still a massive fan of dexies,👍
It's refreshing to see the young 'uns in the crowd enjoying what I've been enjoying the past 44 years.

But he's still got the Chops 👌
i was stuck on a cliff in 1982 and dexys rescued me.
Oh my goodness! So glad you survived!
amazing viola! thanks Lucy!
Good to see this all-timer getting its due
Genius
Kevin is Still a Bloody Absolutely Fantastic Singer
Thanks BBC for the warning about fowl language, otherwise I would've been beside myself with such awfully offended frightfulness!!
Heartburn.
Sean is a great foil
It must be frustrating for bands to have diminishing audiences as time rolls on. Kevin should be getting more recognition.
VOB...❤please
Vob video??
No f way 😮

Vob
scraping the bottom of the barrel
I still don't get why that bloke wears a dressing gown. Why the swearing Kev? Chill. They still aren't as good as the last band.
