Every time I go off the first jump of the day I end up flying off axis face first, but then it doesn't happen again. It's for the exact reasons in the vid today but I hadn't realized. It's like my body corrects itself naturally but man that first face plant every time is embarrassing. Great explanation
Hopefully now that you understand it you can avoid it!!! Zero face plants in the day is ideal hahaha Focus on staying stacked and strong in the legs and that should help remove most of the funk:)
you are snowboarding jesus!. appreciate these, Taevis
Thanks man!!! Stoked to be able to help the community 😁
You’re the best! Thanks for the advice Taevis!
Happy to help!
stoked on all your videos !!
This is awesome cause I do the exact same thing the guy does on the exact same jump😭, thanks Taevis!
Hahaha happy to help! Hopefully you’ll get it sorted🙏🏻
Around 1:50 are you wearing a bag under your jacket or some kind of padding? There's like a hump in your back.
It’s just super baggy and puffs up like that. No idea why haha
@@SnowboardingExplained Oh that makes sense I thought it might have been some padding like those crash suits first watching it.
Hahaha if there was a crash suit that worked I’d be tempted, but best just not to fall
Typo in title
Keep up the great work!
Nice catch! Thank you🙏🏻
This is GREAT!

You’re probably not taking off or landing straight.
