I have the same problem. Luckily i just found my old phone that was loggen in to ps app. But if u cant get pas the 2 step and dont have the app u cant transfer. Maybe try and contact sony to look if u can change the email or sum

They can’t hack you because they don’t have your email or password. The QR code is just a tool people can use to log into your account without having your password or email. If they tried to hack your account. They wouldn’t be able to because they would need your email and password to change your information
