Thanks dude, my issue was that the PSN sign in screen wouldn't even load but changing the Wifi frequency bands from automatic to 5GHz worked for some reason. I was able to download to new update and sign back in with my account. Thanks

Literally just changed the DNS settings and thats it. And it immediately signed in. My issue was the psn sign in on “test connection” kept loading.

If you don’t want to delete your account, and changing your DNS servers don’t work. Try turning your PS5 completely off and turning it back on. It fixed it for me.
