Back in the very early days, it was something like... 1 color energy = 20 damage / 1 colorless = 10 damage. So one color + one colorless = 30 damage. There were lots of exceptions, of course, just like there are now, but generally speaking, that would be balanced. Rattata dealt 20 for one colorless but had 30 HP. Seal dealt 10 for 1 color energy but had 60 HP, way above the baseline of 40 HP. And Clefairy... was weird in every possible way lol
I learned and played the TCG on the current app. The one thing I hate after the prologue, I have to play real players. I don't want to play real players. I wish they had an option like Duel Links for a campaign mode battling AI gym leaders or something.... I am probably the only one who wants this though 😅 I hope this game has the campaign option.
Solo challenges most like you facing Bots and and giving you challenges to complete you get rewards like for cards packs to open unique and only grammable cosmetics and pokey gold

I tried to not think too much or evaluate colorless vs colored energy, just because of how unclear the Energy Zone is at this moment.
