@@chanceryder9736 what do you mean by come to meet ? Like when both worlds have public knowledge of the other existing ? Because we know at least 3 worldhopper on Roshar from Scadrial
Too many? It's just Dalinar and Jasnah. Renarin has bonded a voidspren whereby making him not a radiant, by definition. I believe Adolin will reawaken his sword but he will become something different than a traditional radiant.
@@DivinePenguin00 Elokhar was also about to bond a spren right before Moash killed him. He starts to say his first ideals and begins to glow with stormlight. Although, I'm not 100% sure if its implying he was about to become a radiant, or if he was becoming Kaladin's squire like Bridge 4
While I tend to agree that making Adolin a radiant is going to be difficult. I can't think of a more perfect way to become an Edgedancer than remembering the spren that has been forgotten. I also suspect this is going to be how you get around the problem that it typically has to be the person who broke the oath. If Adolin makes an oath specifically referring to her it might work.
That's true, it does seem like the perfect way to become an Edgedancer doesn't it? That could definitely be the loop hole that allows him to revive her. Ahhh I'm excited to see how things play out in book 4!
@@CapturedInWords I think the specific Oaths of the Edgedancer help with this, too. "I will remember to those who've been forgotten" and "I will listen to those who've been ignored" are exactly what he's doing with Maya. He's listening and remembering a fallen spren that everyone else treats like a nuke on a stick.
I thought I was up on the fan art, but God damn you find the best stuff. Watching this video and others you've done on Stormlight, it's easy to forget there's no official depiction of the series. The art you find is just so... right.
One theory that I heard is that Taln was betrayed by some of the other Heralds. Some of the support was the death rattle that says something along the lines of "Bastards, you've killed me! While the sun is still hot I die!" We know that some of the rattles seem to come from Taln, such as the one about "the burdens of nine become mine. Why must I carry the madness of them all?" Additionally, it was noted that Taln tends to take on impossible challenges, sometimes dying sometimes not. If he was killed in the aftermath of one of these, it would not immediately be suspect. The theory holds that at least three of the Heralds, but certainly not all of them (as Kelek only arrives after the others have departed"), worked together to enact this plot. It would have needed Ishar, as he thought of the Oathpact and would have known whether or not only Taln's return to Braize would have held back future desolations. It is also thought that Jezrien was in on it, as he was king of the heralds. I believe that Nale could have been the third member as in Edgedancer he mentions being in contact with Ishar in order to prevent the return of desolations. I believe that, following the mad guidance of Ishar, Nale believed that Knights Radiant could take up the position the Heralds abandoned, potentially sending them to Braize where they could break in Taln's place. Thus, he became the enforcer of their plot.
I think Sanderson will most likely make him a radiant. That said, he wouldn't do so at the expense of characterization. Characters are made interesting by how they deal with conflict. As said in this video, becoming radiant would sort of "solve all of Adolin's problems". So since the books have been foreshadowing the hell out of Adolin's eminent radiantification, what's the solution? Give him new conflicts. Maybe turn his radiance into a new problem. Maybe make the first ideal impossible for him to say. Maybe make new enemies impossible for him to deal with, while Kaladin and Shallan absolutely wreck them. Maybe make his radiance turn him into a total douche, then make Shallan leave him. There are endless ways an Sanderson could make him radiant, but still keep him interesting.
I would love for him to stay normal too, but it seems that Sanderson likes to add powers to his normal characters. Elend in Mistborn, David in the Reckoners. He then counters that by adding greater power to the opposing side, so their added power value actually only helps a little.
@@jonathandoda8762 HEAVY Cosmere spoilers here: . . . . . . . If youve read Mistborn: The Secret History, you'd know that the bead Elend swallowed actually looks like its going to have a lot of significance in the future of the Cosmere. In Mistborn, they find a single bead. In reality there were 2 beads of that metal there, and the first was stolen before Vin and Elend arrived. I wont spoil the book entirely, but I'd really recommend reading that book if you enjoy the Mistborn series. Theres tons of context there and it gives a lot of hints as to how the different worlds in the Cosmere are connected.
THere has to be something going on with Kaladin and Syl. Notice how Syl was refered to as ancient daughter. There was an interaction between the sea captain on Honor's path and Kaladin in which the captain said Honor was setting up an heir and Syl is basically the only surviving spren that could become one. So my theory is, Syl will become Honor.
When they were talking about Honor setting up an heir I think hey were actually talking about him passing the mantle of creating honorspren onto the Stormfather. There is almost no chance Syl could become the next Honor as that appears to require a human taking up the power of a shard of Adonalsium. Like Dalinar seems to be on the path towards.
One theory of my own is that each order of radiants also has a "hidden" power that they dont share with their sibling orders, like when kaladin seemed to summon windspren around him to counteract the winds of a high storm, or dalinar merging the three realms with gloryspren, forming honor's perpendicularity, and I dont know if this is one of those instances or not, but shallan was able to make solid illusions, not just light, but making matter move on the battle against odium
A theory I've been ranting about is over the voice that spoke to Dalinar at the end of Oathbringer and the seemingly sentient Nohadon in his last dream of the book. I'm convinced that this was either Nohadon or Tanavast, either of the two somehow living on as a cognitive shadow. Considering the former was a Bondsmith and the latter a Shardholder, albeit a shattered one, I think it's a possibility and will eat my boots if it turns out I'm wrong.
I think anyone who pairs with the Stormfather gets a sort of mental download that can be recalled later. We see Nohadon, Tanavast, and, maybe, Gavilar at the end of WoR. (During the dream he has where he mentions his wooden shardblade collection.) It's all but confirmed that Gavilar was bonding with the Stormfather, Nohadon, too. That's my guess at what's going on anyway. I mean, it could also be that the way Bondsmith's "Spiritual Adhesion" works is that it gives them a conduit to the Spiritual Realm that allows for a bit of cross-talk across the boundary of death. It could also work in a similar way to something mentioned in Mistborn: Secret History and soul expansion.
@@fictionmyth That's a very interesting interpretation, I always thought that it was some sort of Adonalsium cognitive shadow influencing and guiding the characters. As they always talk about god beeing dead, but there is actually a god that no one knows about, but has very little power. I take that from the feeling of warmth that Dalinar feels in his vision when he first arrives in Urithiru
If Casitor* was one of the unmade it would explain why Iri and Rira were so quick to side with Odium. Sure they blame it on Adolin’s shards but that seems like a justification for a culture pre conditioned to accept Odium’s power. The thrill resided in Alethkar and it fell. Molelock* resided in Kharbranth which also fell. There’s a pattern.
You hit it right on the dot..I've read and listened to these 3 books about 13 times all together..graphic audio really did a great job at capturing the feeling of the character's..I always get misty eyed when dalinar combines all 3 realms ....awesome
Another top tier stormlight video! A lot of the Stormlight 4 predictions I've been seeing have been more focused on the characters and their relationships. That's all fine, but I needed that lore fix as well! Can't wait for more cosmere vids!
Glad you are spending time with Stormlight! I found you first for your PR vids, but I'm so over him... (LOL). Your guesses may or may not be correct, but they seem very well reasoned. Thanks for putting them out!
Hmm. Interesting Dawnshard theory with Aimia. I always thought that Aimia was destroyed because of the destruction of Honor's perpendicularity when he died.
Just finished OB, and am waiting for the paperback version of RoW to be out. I feel like I need to reread all three books now because there is so much information that I missed like wow
Wow! This is so impressive both in presentation and reasoning, I almost want to accuse you of spoiling these things for me! I'm half kidding, of course. Great video!
I think Adolin could fit a number fo different orders, including Edgedancer and Stoneward. I predict that he will revive Maya and become an Edgedancer, and that we will learn a bit more about boding a spren in the process. Maybe there was a Stoneward spren that was considering bonding with him, but cant because Maya did instead.
Adolin is definitely going to become an Edgedancer, but he will fight it, denying his own worthiness, every step of the way until he finally has to acknowledge that he has been living all four oaths at once. I don't know what the last two oaths are, but the best example of remembering those forgotten would be his mother, and listening to those ignored would be his brother. My favorite theory is that the only way for them to defeat Odium is to lose the battle of champions. Dalinar will need to swear the 4th order-specific oath, and this will allow him to bind oaths to the spirit world, creating new heralds. His champion, probably Kaladin, will be struck down and go to Braize where he will block the fused from coming back to life. So he'll die and join Talenelat, preparing himself for eternal torture. Only difference will be the men and women who died while following Kaladin will join him there. When he sees all the people he thought he failed (including his little brother) ready to follow him even in death, he'll get over his grumpiness and melancholy. He will chose to lead them in battle with the fused, unwilling to allow any of his followers to be tortured. This will offer an afterlife very similar to the one his mother believed in.
I think.it would be Navani who would bond with the sibling. Her interest in the revival of Urithuru and her closeness to Dalinar makes her the ideal candidate for a Bondsmith radiant.
Navani is definitely a good option for becoming a Bondsmith, she also has a big interest in fabrials and Urithuru is essentially one giant fabrial. Very interesting!
I have a constant struggle of choosing whether to support Radiant! Adolin or not. Adolin is a very layered character and they’re being peiled off book after book. Seeing a normal character next to super powered people is very interesting. But I’m leaning towards wanting Adolin to become a Radiant because the story of dead spren becoming alive sounds more interesting to me than what his story is now (even if his story rn is also interesting and Adolin is my favorite character). Adolin as a Radiant could be one of the most badass characters in the Cosmere, he fits the ideals of an Edgedancer. (he also fits the description of a Stoneward though, so we’ll see).
Okay, so flaws in theory number 2. The Stormfather, Nightwatcher, and the Sibling existed before Honor and Cultivation came to Roshar. The Stormfather and Nightwatcher became Splinters of their associated Shards AFTER Honor died. These three spren probably represent the three aspects mentioned in the Eila Stele: Wind (Stormfather), Stone (The Sibling), and Spren (The Nightwatcher). They were involved with the Bondsmiths before Honor was Splintered and the Stormfather became his Cognitive Shadow. We don't know enough about the Nightwatcher to say when this happened to her yet.
Everytime I drive through traffic on I-70 (it’s the highway in Colorado that goes East-West through Denver and the Rocky Mountains) my road rage inevitably devolves to just muttering “airsick lowlanders” while glaring at other drivers Edit: also as for Adolin reviving Maya, I think it’s totally plausible. I just recently read Arcanum Unbounded, and I think Sanderson is planning on doing more with the Cognitive and Spiritual Realms with Roshar and Stormlight. Considering that spren are manifestations of thought powered by the Shards on Roshar, I don’t think they can truly die. Thus the deadeyes. I’m curious to see how Maya is different from other spren, especially how bonding would work but I do think Adolin is going to bond her, and give her new life through new oaths. Whatever happens I think Sanderson is going to have some awesome and game-changing plot and character development in book 4. Can’t wait to read.
my personal theory is that Ialai is on of the Unmade specifically Ba-Ado-Mishram, who is described as “keen of mind, a highprincess among enemy forces” in the quote from Hessi’s Mythica for Chapter 106. Ialai is frequently described as scheming, and she disappears right after the battle at Thaylen City. Shallan cites her leaving indisgrace, but maybe it was because Odium called.
I definitely love how big the world of roshar is, but it’s kind of difficult seeing kaladin as the main character anymore to me because of this. I’ve grown to love dalinar, I liked shallan until the end of Oathbringer, and I kind of like adolin. One thing that is annoying about this is that Kaladin is intentionally being held back so that other characters can catch up, but it’s gotten to the point that he’s kind of in the dust of everybody else developmentally. Shallan apparently now has control of her identities, dalinar is basically honor at this point, adolin is quickly learning to be himself, even the others of bridge four like Teft are outpacing kaladin developmentally now. I just hate how he feels kind of dead in the water right now compared to quite literally every main cast character and most side cast characters. I hope Rhythm of War really gives him a big conflict upfront that will have a good progression potentially leading into book 5.
Kinda agree. Teft caught up to Kaladin so quickly ... It's also a bit unfair that Kaladin have to figure out the ideals while the rest of the windrunners simply know what to say. Kaladin has to at least learn the fourth ideal pretty early in the book, otherwise, he will no longer be the main character for much longer (in terms of power scaling)
Leonardo Fonseca amen to that. I think Brandon realized that he paced Kaladin a little too fast so he relied heavily on his depression as a way to slow him down. I’d even argue that he’s already been surpassed by Shallan, Dalinar, and Jasnah. Shallan summoned a whole frickin army, Dalinar is apparently Honor, and Jasnah may possibly have her own Shardplate.
@@ihavenoname8628 Kaladin's powers are kinda meh compared to the others. Unless he can lift freaking mountain or something like that, just flying around isnt much.Shallan, Dalinar and Jasnah have god like powers. I hope Sanderson will give some extra twist to boost the Windrunners's abilities somehow
Leonardo Fonseca I kinda hope he gets a boost in his abilities, but I’m not a big fan of the idea of him being about to lift full on boulders or something. I can honestly see one of two things: 1. He becomes an incredible support character, being able to lift whole armies of people and can bestow stormlight flying abilities for a ridiculous amount of time. Or 2. He can distantly lift people up now and can also lash double the speed.
I think that there were originally 10 Dawnshards, and each could use only one of the 10 Surges in a *major* way. I also believe that there is now only one left, and it is in Aimia. I think it's something like Bondsmith machine, using spiritual Adhesion to do big stuff. The other 9 were corrupted by Odium, which accomplished two things. One, he was able to bind those Surges to the Fused. This explains why there are only 9 Orders of Fused. Second, each of those Dawnshards, when corrupted, was turned into one of the Unmade. And that is why there are 9 of those.
Amazing video! Loved it, every part was so cool. I cannot wait for Rythym of War and this theories video is fuelling my anticipation for it even more. Where did you get the music for this video? It was so atmospheric. I am completing an epic re read and due to start Words of Radiance soonish.

Finally finished Oathbringer so I can safely dive back into your content. 100% agree that Adolin should never be radiant. He should instead represent the best of humanity, despite his faults.
I love your idea of living shardpklate. What if, ideal 4 gives normal shardplate and ideal 5 gives living shardplate? there's a reason jasnah's shardplate was described differently to Shallan's. She could already have sworn all 5 ideals
I doubt that she swore the fifth ideal. The only knight known to have sworn it is Nan, that is the ideal to become Law. That seams the kind of ideal that would take away the personality of a person making the more like spren that man. (Not that spren don't have a personality)
I agree with most of them. You missed a thing though, Aimia's capital Akinah has an Oathgate Jasnah confirms that it had been destroyed long ago, but how can it be destroyed? I think there is a perpedicularity there, which will enable humans to go back to their original planet to retrieve the Dawnshards. She mentions it in one of the meetings then.
Kind of an odd theory. But Eshonai is going to play a very important role. I believe that she is the current holder of the third Sibling mentioned here. The star spren, or maybe they are just a part of it, like the windspren are parts of the Stormfather. Consider the other god-spren. Odium, the darkness. Honnor, the Light. Cultivation, the Life. Then there is the Stormfather, the earth. Nightwatcher, the dream. And then the third, which I could see as "the Beyond" This could explain why having a heart for the spren is required, it doesn't take refuge on the planet normally and requires a home. This could also explain why the city of Urithiru is so high up, close to the sky, almost touching the stars. A spren from the stars would probably need to stay of the stars, and a Bondsmith bonding to this Sibling, finding out what it does, and then a city being built for it to power seems somewhat logical. Also, if that bondsmith stayed in the tower at all times, giving the spren another anchor to the earth, explains why he could never leave the tower without it turning off, or he was the anchor that provided the ability for the spren to provide power.
Agreed on Maya being revive. I think this will be one of the most significant points in the every story, because MANY Sprens are still bitter regarding the broken oaths. Given that Maya is a Spren of Cultivation, it might be the difference. I think Navani bonds Uritiru for sure. Kaladin gets Sharplate in the next book, as it comes with his 4th ideal I believe.
I don't think it will be in Rhythm of War but I highly suspect that we will see either Vasher (Zahel) and/or Vivina (Azur) will travel to the Alethi Crypts to turn the dead light-eye-statues into lifeless. If you've read Warbreaker you'll know that Vasher has previously created an army of living statues using breath, an army that was nearly unstoppable, and the way the Alethi preserve their dead light-eyes by soulcasting them into statues is just too perfect for Brandon not to use that.
Captured in Words Oh My Gosh I Love Your Channel And Your In-depth Way Of Kings Was Literally Perfect Also Gonna Continue With The Rest Of The Cosmere Books Onward To Mistborn Era 2 Books
I don't want Adolin to become a radiant but I would love it if he broke the rules and awakened Maya anyway. Not fully revived, at least not right away, we get a non-super Adolin interacting with this very damaged spren. It's just the sort of rule sidestepping Sanderson likes to do. I could see Adolin eventually reviving her and taking the oaths to keep up with the all the power-creep.
I think he will not only fail to resurrect Maya, but that he will in fact become Odium's champion. There are 9 unmade, they are spren, the champion has 9 shadows, Adolin says, "I am Adolin Kholin, born under the sign of the nine" when speaking to Shallan. Dalinar recognizes the champion, though he cannot name him in the vision. That could either be because it was himself, and the vision was false, or because it was somebody he knows. I think he will find out the truth about his mother in book 4, and everybody is going to find out about Sadeas. This will drive a wedge between him, and his father, as well as severely damage his reputation. Maybe something will happen with Shallan as well. The real foreshadowing is what he says to Sadeas when he kills him. "My father thinks I'm a better man that he is. Unfortunately for you, he's wrong". Dalinar was strong enough to rebuff Odium. Adolin will not be. Also, take a look at all the covers so far. Hero on the right, villain on the left. Every book so far. Rythm of War has Adolin on the left. That's a whole lot of foreshadowing that nobody seems to be talking about.
I wonder what's in shadsmar around urithiru. I feel like jasnah will be the one to find out. Being able to go to and from shadsmar. The fact that it has not happened yet and now shadsmar is introduced and seen in oathbringer. I'm thinking we just might find out.
Yesss! This is something I'm super curious about as well! I wonder if the sibling can be found around Urithiru in shadesmar. I hope Jasnah checks it out in book 4!
I clicked so hard my laptop broke! I'm so hyped for Rhythm of War! I'm really interested in Moash. Most people seem to hate him, but I honestly really sympathize with him. He's kind of assumed the role of Kaladin with the spren, so I think he's going to be a really good villain! I'm really curious about Adolin's story too. I really hope Sanderson doesn't become predictable and kill the only non-radiant in the group!
On the note of living shardplate you forgot the time that adolin noted that renarin was wearing full plate but couldn't recall when he would have been able to get it. Think that was during the thunderclast fight but before jasna attacked him
Great content, subscribed! I think there's a real chance that most of these theories are realized in Book 4. Thanks for taking the time to make these, it's clear you put a lot of time and energy into each video. Do you mind sharing what software you use for your videos?
First of all very nice video. I like your theory about Urithiru and the possibility of having Shallan going into Shadesmar to "check" on the Spren there. But I think she will need help to "reboot" the tower and that could very well be Dalinar. He's learned how to unite the 3 realms and him and Shallan has so far been - I believe - the only 2 radiants combining powers. Might that also have been one of the many foreshadowing moments Sanderson love to tease us with? About the dawnshards also, might Azure's sword be one of them?
That's a really good idea, I could definitely see Dalinar & Shallan combining powers to awaken the tower! And Sanderson definitely loves his foreshadowing so I could see him doing that. I believe Azure has an awakened sword like Nightblood, though if it was a dawnshard that would be super interesting!
Can you make a video on your opinions of Hoid's end goal? He is very clearly collecting investitures from different worlds, but to what end? When offered power during the event of Adolnasium, he refused it. Did he change his mind? Was the shard of power offered to him not enough, because he wanted all of it?
I'll definitely be making a video on this at some point! Hoid's end goal is one of the Cosmere things I am the most interested in learning about, especially after what he said to Dalinar: "And while I am your friend, please understand that our goals do not completely align. You must not trust yourself with me. If I have to watch this world crumble and burn to get what I need, I will do so. With tears, yes, but I would let it happen." Also back in WoK he says something along the lines of, "I wonder, if you split a man into his different emotions, then stuck him back together, would he still be the same?" so I wonder if his goal is to try and put Adonalsium back together, or perhaps merge himself with the reconstructed Adonalsium 🤔 I'll have to make a video on this sometime in the next few months
I saw a really interesting theory on Reddit that (spoilers) Ishar was going to become Odium's champion. I think that given what we know about him, he could at least be a major antagonist in the next two (or all 7) books.
my theory about shardplate - The spren that bond radiants all have like a a lesser non-sentient cousin, Honorspen and windspren is one example. what better to stop the blade made of a spren, then armor made of non sentient spren, , so Windspen make up the armor for Windrunners
When can we expect the WoR in-depth summary and the OB in-depth summary? No pressure or anything, I’m just pumped for RoW and don’t want to re-read it all.
The main reason I think Adolin will become a radiant is that he killed Sadeas. People can only become radiants if they've lived through a traumatic experience that hurt their soul in the spiritual realm, and this event had so little impact on the story so far that it seems like the perfect excuse
My theory is that the next book is going to be an arms race between the Radiant and the unmade. I think that the Kolin Palace was the 2nd Knight's Radiant base and that under it is a huge collection of shardblades and plate. That they will corrupt these spern and turn them against the Radiant. At the same time the Radiant will be struggling to save/collect the remaining Heralds while trying to wake the sibling or trying to find the dawnshards.
I like all of these theories. I’m thinking Adolin is either going to be a “true” edgedancer since Lift isn’t a normal edgedancer. Or he’ll be some deviation of a different radiant order
it seams that i have missed alot of stuff...dont remember half of this stuff...guess i got to go through the books again, cause i cant just go through oathbringer with out doing the others first
What you said at 6:10 isnt true. As far I understand you right. - The Stormfather ist a splinter Honor. As every other spren, he is just mightier. It's likely the stormfather has it's power through the circumstance, that he ist even older then the splittering of adonalsium, but just got conscious with the splintering of Honor. As of the Nightwatcher: The Nightwatcher was most likely created by cultivation, for whatever reason we don't know yet. What you said about Odium is right though. He can't be in any relation to the third sibling, through the fact, that his origin is not Rorshar.

I just finished Oathbringer and I can't wait for Rhythm of War! I'm already dreading the wait for book 5. 🤣

The wait for book 5 is going to be the worst! I'm glad Sanderson is a fast writer though!
@@CapturedInWords I am suffering for the book 6
Gonna finish it in 2 days and have a 2 year wait lol
Still better than waiting for Doors of Stone 😒
I really would like Adolin to keep being "normal" instead of becoming a radiant, but I think he will become one eventually
What ifffff. He became a Radiant, then at that instant, he died. Looooool
@@crockettcast2702 Yea that was, imo, poorly done in mistborn. It's basically the old Dragon Ball Z trope. I hope he does it better this time.

Hmmm something that I'm remembering is Syl saying "I bind things" when describing herself. Maybe she helps reforge honor?
Didn't the Stormfather also call Kaladin Son of Tanavast somewhere?
One theory of my own is that each order of radiants also has a "hidden" power that they dont share with their sibling orders, like when kaladin seemed to summon windspren around him to counteract the winds of a high storm, or dalinar merging the three realms with gloryspren, forming honor's perpendicularity, and I dont know if this is one of those instances or not, but shallan was able to make solid illusions, not just light, but making matter move on the battle against odium
LOL at theory number 3, basically spot on
Now I can't watch that part lol
You've got me more anticipatory for 'Rhythm of War' than watching a Brandon Sanderson interview. Excellent and insightful as always Jay!
You clarified so much and also confirm somethings I had suspected. I can't wait to see if we are right after reading the next book.

I have not read the series and it will probably be a while, so I have not seen the video but I am just glad every time a video is released!
Hmm. Interesting Dawnshard theory with Aimia. I always thought that Aimia was destroyed because of the destruction of Honor's perpendicularity when he died.
That's a very interesting theory as well!
Is it way too late and i should be waking up in 5hrs to get ready for work? Yes.
Will i nonetheless watch this video? Absolutely!
I appreciate you making this video a priority ;) Haha but seriously, I hope you manage to get some good sleep!!
Those fanart are so gorgeous!! If one day we get to see summary videos of the books, it's gonna so epic!!

Thanks! :D I never will!
Wow! This is so impressive both in presentation and reasoning, I almost want to accuse you of spoiling these things for me! I'm half kidding, of course. Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love these lore videos about some of my favorite series! Especially Kingkiller and now Stormlight. Keep them coming!
Thanks! Will do! :D
Just finished Oathbringer, and storming loved it! (As always, great video!)
Great video as always man
Thanks, I appreciate it :D
I think.it would be Navani who would bond with the sibling. Her interest in the revival of Urithuru and her closeness to Dalinar makes her the ideal candidate for a Bondsmith radiant.
Navani is definitely a good option for becoming a Bondsmith, she also has a big interest in fabrials and Urithuru is essentially one giant fabrial. Very interesting!
Storms. I need to pay more attention to the interludes on my next reread.
Wow, I checked TH-cam at just the right time.
Everytime I drive through traffic on I-70 (it’s the highway in Colorado that goes East-West through Denver and the Rocky Mountains) my road rage inevitably devolves to just muttering “airsick lowlanders” while glaring at other drivers
Edit: also as for Adolin reviving Maya, I think it’s totally plausible.
Love seeing “The Shadow of what was lost” by James Islington in the background!👌 just started it..
Maybe the Sibling is in the Horneater Peaks? If so will Rock be the one to bond it?
He does "bring people together"
I don't think so. This speaks too much like Harmony to me. I don't think Brandon would duplicate something like that.
Another great video! I am getting excited for Rhythm of War!
I see jay doing a SA video, I click.

Ahhhhhh oathbringer. One of the best fantasy books so far. Hopefully the next book is just as good or better.
I hope so too!

Wow! How refreshing this video was. So well done. I am excited for book 4. I think I should reread Oathbringer.
Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed the video, I can't wait for book 4!
It would make sense for Cusicesh is Dai-gonarthus since Hessi's Mythica makes the connection with the Black Fisher. Fisher - big water spren
Brandon needs to do something with Adolin. His arc floundered in OB.
Curious about Ashyn. In Arcanum Unbounded Khriss calls it the burning planet and that it has famous floating cities.
Great video man!
Okay, I said I'll watch this right after finishing Oathbringer. But that happened at 3am so I had to go to sleep first.
Great theories!
@@Orengelable that is re 5th skybreaker ideal. We know nothing about the elsecaller 5th ideal.

Kaladin gets Sharplate in the next book, as it comes with his 4th ideal I believe.
dude this was an awesome video :-)
Thanks!

Great job! Are you going to make in-depth summaries about Words of Radiance and Oathbringer like you did with The Way of Kings?
Yup I definitely will be making in-depth summaries for the other two! I've been working on the Words of Radiance one and hope to have it up soon
@@CapturedInWords Thanks for your reaction! Looking forward to it the first one was amazing.
You should do a recap of oathbringer video before the next book comes out. Great video!
lmaooooo. I like this channel within the first 10 seconds.
Syl makes reference in WoR that they do not completely die when referencing the dead shard blades.
Very well done. Thank you, looking forward to more!
Thanks!
Think that was during the thunderclast fight but before jasna attacked him
Could the Dawnshards be pieces of the weapon that killed Adolnasium? If so, that gives them lots of power indeed
With tears, yes, but I would let it happen."
Also back in WoK he says something along the lines of, "I wonder, if you split a man into his different emotions, then stuck him back together, would he still be the same?" so I wonder if his goal is to try and put Adonalsium back together, or perhaps merge himself with the reconstructed Adonalsium 🤔 I'll have to make a video on this sometime in the next few months
I saw a really interesting theory on Reddit that (spoilers)
Ishar was going to become Odium's champion. I think that given what we know about him, he could at least be a major antagonist in the next two (or all 7) books.
amazing video, I need to reread the first 3 books. No book has ever hooked me like the first in the series.
Maya is also one that’s been forgotten as have the other spren
my theory about shardplate - The spren that bond radiants all have like a a lesser non-sentient cousin, Honorspen and windspren is one example. what better to stop the blade made of a spren, then armor made of non sentient spren, , so Windspen make up the armor for Windrunners
Damn... I didn't want the video to end...
Been doing a reread of the main series' books before RoW comes out. So much hype!
Same here! I'm picking up on a lot of small details with this reread, can't wait for RoW!
I like all of these theories. I’m thinking Adolin is either going to be a “true” edgedancer since Lift isn’t a normal edgedancer. Or he’ll be some deviation of a different radiant order
I just absolutely loved this video! But god damn now it's gonna be harder to wait until book 4 comes out :$

Yes!! I was so excited when Dawnshard was announced, can't wait to read it!!
The Sibling will bond with Navani to make the city come alive.
