It seams the HU burrs are much quieter than the stock burrs. Is it so?

I’m looking at getting this grinder for my breville pro. Can you show how to use it with 54mm portafilter. Looks like it is only set up for 58mm. I like grinding right into my portafilter if possible.

You would need to get a portafilter adapter for the 54mm Breville portafilter. Mr. Hoon uses this in several videos and has linked them before in video descriptions.
