Not sure what I was thinking not watching this interview until March 2024. This has to be one of my favorite interviews you've done and I really enjoyed getting to know Eric better. So nice to know someone like him is on our side. Both of you have my support completely. Thanks Erik

Erik, great interview. You need to become more involved in politics. You have a platform to show young folks that race has no place in politics. Also you know the gun industry, what better spokesman for 2A rights.
I am the old fart that stopped you in the Buc-ee’s in Temple,TX in September 2022 and asked you if your name was Erik Cortina and you were very gracious to an old man. Please keep up the good work. I am 74 and learn so much watching your videos.

Great interview. I knew Don Jr. and Eric were into firearms, but I had no idea that Eric was familiar with so many rifle cartridges. I agree with Eric, that exposing young people to shooting sports can keep them out of trouble. We need more youth programs with .22 rifles and shotguns.

    • @jtmcfarland3512

@@chriscosby2459 I was being a bitter negative Nancy. I like to think I have a respectable collection, but since Obummer used the EPA to shut down all but one US lead smelting plants, I’ve left by 22 bricks and everything else in the safe and taken up airsoft. You’re right though; where there’s a will, there’s a way. It would be nice if more of the “affordable” shooting disciplines had better advertising. I wouldn’t even know where to find a rimfire match and ROs rarely update PractiScore even for the big money venues. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Couldn't agree more with the thought that shooting sports help keep kids on the right path. I started my kids in competitive shooting at 11 and 12 years old. It was amazing to watch how quickly their maturity level improved in such a short time. They are sooo much more responsible and driven. Not only do they want to get better at shooting, but they have put forth effort to better themselves in other areas of their young lives.

Awesome. Thank you Eric and Erik. Guys, please never quit. I can’t believe that it’s all for nothing. Anyways. Yes on the primer company. Yes on the varget factory. If we can’t have that maybe one that just makes n140 and n555. Although I am personally playing with faster extruded currently on 69 smks on shorter barreled 223. Like 14.5-16. Trying to get a little more speed but we will see. Just for fun and curiosity. Anyways. I am sure there is some silly law making the barrier to entry on primer production like insane so that’s why it hasn’t been done yet. Just a guess no real facts on that. Thanks again. Never quit. It cannot be for nothing. God bless and merry Christmas.

Almost a full year later and things seem to be worse. I have a brother in law, hispanic, that is one of the most successful people I know. When I met him he and his brothers (my friends) were working at his families gas station in Eagle Lake, TX. He put himself through college to be a cop. He got a job in Dallas. After a few years of dealing with perverts and other human trash he quit law enforcement to keep from losing his temper and taking things in his own hands. He started working on a drilling rig. In less than a year he was the driller. He worked his way up to country manager (managing rigs in other countries), retired, and is now consulting. He's still married to my sister and they are doing great. We live in a great country. You can make your life what you want it to be with hard work and listening to the people that know.

Buy a rifle with the same bolt face. Shoot it until it needs a new barrel, upgrading in the process until the barrel is shot out, rebarrel to the desired caliber

    Thank you so much Erik.
I've found your interviews to be very informative... A lot of highly intelligent people.......
This interview with Eric Trump has been far and above the best for me.
Not so much as how much I may learned about our gins and shooting.
But how much I learned even more about Eric and his family......
There is so much spoken here that isn't isn't even spoken.
I wish the world could watch this video and be able to see into who this whole family is.. I've always been impressed with how well these children of our Great President Donald Trump have carried themselves and the intelligence they exhibit.... I always figured they were all so well rounded....
Than to hear Eric speak of his youth.
How he was raised. Having to work for what he wanted...
And to learn how accomplished he is as a machinist. The knowledge he has as a shooter and gunsmirhing.
    A kid from NYC.
    It's amazing to me.
I wish I could give each one of the Trump family a giant hug..
I have always seen so many similarities between our fathers.
Mine is gone now through this covid..
But the sacrifices these great men have made...the sacrifices the Trump family needs to endure.... we can't thank them enough
Thank you again Erik for being us this great interview into the life of one of one if the greatest families I belive this country has ever seen.
    God Bless
