Thanks mate, I think you are bang on. It's not really designed for that sort of madness and stick banging! Yeah it did go into normal you are right. I'm sure I've also seen a warning when setting up the drone to not aggressively turn, did you see that?
@@andykirby Update: So it turns out Manual mode is not what I expected exactly and I crashed my drone the second I switched to manual. Thankfully the drone seems fine even though the goggles said I have broken a propeller. I will train in simulator before I post a proper video of the top speed in Bulgaria (EU). I know that by the looks of it there is a high chance that its limited, however I still have some hope as I havent yet seen an actual video that proves it (there is one guy on DJI forum but I dont understand the language he speaks). Sux to live in EU, new strict regulations each year. FPV drone with 17m/s speed limit is just not worth it. Same speed as mini 2 lol. Not worth 1200 eur.
Yeah man the motion operates the drone at the same speed as the RC3 would in Normal or Sport I think. Then 60mph or thereabouts in Manual. Therefore, no sign of speed limit in UK.

Andy Kirby, can you help me out? i have a dji mini 3 pro, but i want shots like the avata. Like fpv shots. but i do have a very weak balance system and i get sick pretty fast. is it worth to buy the avata 2? to shoot ''easy'' fpv shots whitout getting sick ish?
Yeah it all depends on the individual. The more you do it though our brain should get used to it. You can fly the MINI 3 Pro with the motion controller 2 and Goggles 2 and you'll get a similar effect to the shots you'd get with the Avata, be warned the MINI 3 will not tolerate any crash though 😁
I'm so grateful not to ever have this problem. You could take a harmless over the counter motion sickness pill before? You shouldn't be feeling what's the word I'm looking for...any sort of false sense of movement like you would in a virtual reality in a headset. For example in a VR environment (which fov is not). If you jump off a roof or a cliff your mind will be tricked to feel like you're actually falling or moving. FPV, I've never heard of anyone getting motion sick from. I have two super close friends who have motion sickness severely And they can fly an fpv with no issue. Other than over the counter motion sickness pills, you could try sitting while flying? Good luck!
So sad to see that 'Yaw Tumble' ..I thought they had truly fixed it in the Avata 2. That's terrible, and the most important catch in this video, I think. I've not seen it from anybody else yet.
@@PanWladyslaw I have the DJI Mini 3 Pro, and the Avata 2. The Mini only needs to be registered. I guess what they want from us is to make sure we know what we’re doing… in UK while flying fpv drones we also need a spotter because drone needs to be in the visual at all times which seems stupid.
