    Lots of great self-reflection in this video. I think most people with bipolar walk a similar journey of discovery to learn how important medications and support are. For me, I found out I had bipolar after a mixed episode that led to a suicide attempt - so I've never stopped taking meds because that experience was so scary to me.
    I have a good feeling about this Minnesota move for you, it's a big step but an important one for your independence that you've been seeking for so long. So close to 1k subscribers!

    Bipolar 1 here. Medication mandatory. Can confirm lol.
    Thanks for being brave and putting yourself out there. The very nature of this illness is unpredictability. Even after doing everything right, nothing is guaranteed so for you to upload in spite of all that is super uplifting. It’s really encouraging seeing people not allowing this thing to completely run the their day to day.
