I found having a jug in the bathroom and pouring lukewarm water ‘down below’ when passing urine helped dilute the urine and therefore reduce the sting/burn. On the few occasions I didn’t use the jug of water, I really noticed a difference 😬

Good luck sweetheart. Don't overthink the packing. As long as you have Carl by your side all will be well. When I had my first baby, the hospital provided ice chips to munch on. Sooo good. Plenty of water to dilute the wee sounds help too. Can't wait for the news of his arrival. Sending love and hugs 🤗x

I also packed my tropic minis to hospital bag and mini shower gel (the jasmine one)😊 I am still torn if I should get any make up so I can look nice when we leave hospital 🤣 Keeping fingers crossed for you and your little boy

Love this! I think I’ll put a lip fudge in as well but tropic skincare gives your skin a glow anyway that I don’t think I’ll bother with makeup but if a little makeup makes you feel better go for it! Makeup does always lift how I feel as well 🩷

@@CharlotteJordan87 I had a baby exactly a week ago and yep, I didn't bother packing make up when I was in labour pain 😂 I used my skincare though and even washed my hair with shower gel

A perinatal bottle is deff a go to. I didn’t have it with my first baby as I didn’t have anyone around me to tell me what helps! Now I know about it I’ve got it already at 25 weeks!
    You seemed prepared 😊
What is the name of the colour in your bedroom? I have willow tree in my lounge atm and would like a different green in other places!
Not long to go for you so exciting for you! Xx

Thank you. I feel like we are as prepared as can be ☺️ our bedroom colour is verte de terre by farrow and ball but we got it colour matched rather than forking out for the farrow and ball brand, we love it x

Best of luck Charlotte, you’ll be fab! How come you guys got rid of the van?? We’re in the process of buying our own so interested to hear peoples opinions on them!!

Thank you 🥰 we loved the van and will definitely miss it, we just thought we wouldn’t get the use out of it like we usually do whilst our baby is so small. Because it was also our only vehicle it wasn’t the most practical for getting to daily places as a lot of places have height barriers, even some supermarkets. We will definitely return to the camping adventures in the future as they will be amazing experiences for our son but perhaps when he’s a toddler rather than a baby x
