That's a really nice journal and I hope you achieve all your goals! As for me, I had a New Years resolution last year to learn the kata Seipai and to get good at it. Well I did learn Seipai so I am able to do the whole kata all the way through now and I did get good at it but now that it's 2025 I want to get even better at it. Seipai is the kata for Second Degree Black Belt so that is my resolution for 2025, to get even better at Seipai and to make it to Second Degree Black Belt! Ambitious I am.

Sending mum hugs, my youngest used to literally cry non stop all the time, can totally relate. Deep breaths, lots of pamper evenings. When i’m out and about and see another mum with a young child and like look like they are having a moment I just give them a nod. We are all mums together for you and know sometimes its hard xxx

Im thinking of getting tropic foundation but I have some texture from picked spots, like icepicks scarring left, do you think the beauty booster would still hide/cover blemishes even though its only light coverage?

My son is 34 now but when he was George's age he went through an awful tantrum stage and I was reduced to tears many times. I still remember how I felt so I really feel for you. Hold on in there it does pass, you did the right thing by releasing your tears and then giving yourself a self care time. Your videos are amazing, love them so much, especially your honesty and embracing 'real life' situations and sharing them. Well done x
