    Taho is a Filipino silken tofu dessert serve with arnibal and sago pearl.

    Serves 8 to 10
    Ingredients:
    600 g tofu dessert (store bought)
    8 oz (227g) large tapioca pearl (sago)
    6 cups water
    1 to 2 stalks pandan leaves cut into 3
    Caramel syrup ingredients:
    2/3 cup water
    1 cup packed demerara style brown sugar
    1/4 cup pure fancy molasses
    Method:
    In a non-stick or heavy bottom stainless steel cooking pot, on a medium high heat, bring to a boil 6 cups of water. Add tapioca pearl (sago) and pandan leaves. Cook for an hour with the lid on. Stir occasionally, might need to add more water. Turn off the heat, with the lid on set aside. (It will cook more for 15 to 20 minutes) Drain the water and transfer the cooked tapioca pearl with the pandan in a container. Set aside
    In a saucepan with water add demerara style brown sugar and pure fancy molasses. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Transfer dessert tofu in a serving bowl. Heat in a microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, or serve cold. Serve in a bowl or drinking glass, top with tapioca pearl and brown sugar syrup. Serve hot or cold.

    Yung sago nyo po. Hilaw pa po. Ang teknik po jan sa sago para maging clear pakuluan ng 20 mins tapos patayin apoy antayin lumamig tapos pakuluan uli ng 20 mins tapps patayon uli. Ganon lang po hanggang sa maging clear. And tipid din sa gas. Kesa yung oras oras mo papakuluin matagal

      😆Salamat sa tips. Gusto ko kasi makunat or chewy yun sago kaya di ko niluto all the way. Nagtinda kami nyan sa Pinas dati. Mas gusto ng mga customers namin yun makunat na sago na medyo may puti pa sa gitna😊
