Hello in 3:37 you put and stir gdl and cornstarch separately, but i notice when you put the cornstarch into the water, you dont put it in the glass you use for gdl. So can i put the cornstarch into the gdl+warer mixing glass before? Why my doufufah when set is not smooth? Still grainy but soft. Thank you

Yes, the video is in order. Make the setting agent first before you boil the soy milk as you need hot soy milk to make the tau foo fah. The cornstarch makes the custard more smooth and silky and less watery. Vanilla is optional.

Its 3 litres water for 300g soya beans. As my blender is not big enough for the 300g soya beans, I blend in 2 batches.
